Nah. Nothing to look forward to imo. Absolute biggest thing they could drop is like, idk a Switch 2 reveal? And if they do, it'll be on every gaming website half a frame after it gets shown off.

Geoff Keighley keeps mentioning how this is the 10 year anniversary of the game awards, when he is neglecting his past of producing The Spike TV Game Awards.

He shouldn't run from his past of okaying the "Best Cyber Vixen" Award.

Unironically though, it did have much better categories for performance, with not only with 4 best performance categories but also, best voice and best cast. There was also "Character of the year" which could also be a fun category to bring back.

just like, get rid of the gendered categories, and split up mocap and non-mocap and you could have a pretty wide variety of nominations. Best mocap lead, best mocap supporting, best non-mocap lead, best non-mocap supporting and best cast.

The Minecraft Launcher let me play Minecraft Legends and Dungeons for free.

I'm not sure if there's any information about this being a holiday thing or whatever, I've seen no announcements. I haven't bought either game (except I used to own Dungeons on my old, stolen account; still have it installed but haven't bought it on my new account, so it'd tell me to buy it), but tonight I noticed the play button said "Install" for Legends and "Play" for Dungeons instead of "Buy Now" or whatever, and sure enough, I could launch and play both for free.

I'll watch the Muppets clips and probably keep an eye out for the Tekken 8 news (assuming it's a Guest Character), but that will really be it.

I work until 9pm EST M-F and when I have to drive home from the Office it takes me about 45 minutes, so I don't usually get home until 10pm. If things are slow, I'll probably secretly have my Twitter/BlueSky apps open, but that's about it. I'd rather randomly browse Wikipedia or clip online coupons tbh.

Every time Nintendo shows a new trailer, there seems to be a flaw absent from the Wii version like the background ocean in one level looking worse and inconsistencies in fur quality to name a couple . There are many YouTube videos on this matter.

But I should be able to find out who is the next DLC character for Tekken 8 (and hopefully some Mai Shiranui gameplay for Street Fighter 6 and maybe some Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves news) by the next day.
