Looney Tunes needs to do more mean spirited parodies of celebrities. Like, so many of the old shorts were just chock full of gags that were basically “how can we make fun of this popular person” and I now associate most of those lines and caricatures with them rather than the original celebrities. It’s like some kind of Weird Al effect.

I’ve been watching every short that they ever made in chronological order and by his there were so many about how Bing Crosby sucked. And now I’m in the era where Frank Sinatra existed and there are now a bunch of shorts that are like “This Sinatra guy sucks! It’s the same thing as Bing Crosby!” And it’s like they’re speaking another language.

Pretty agreeable overall although I'd swap WW1 and BB. This 10 year "franchise" has been half garbage, some mid, some good and one genuinely great thing.

Imagine if, when Disney first started drawing their characters in color, instead of keeping their fur black and giving them flesh tone skin, they went a little crazy with it. Like “Mickey is a mouse so he’s probably brown or gray with white highlights! Goofy is a dog so he can be a golden retriever or a Rottweiler or a Great Dane with the appropriate fur pattern! Horace and Clarabelle are colored like actual horses and cows!” That kind of thing.

I mean, Pluto was first shown in Black and White cartoons and his fur isn’t still Gray today. Why not get a little more colorful?
