The Polygon interview had something people interpreted as "characters are getting cut". The fans are immediately defaulting to their least favorite characters on the roster, as if that's how cuts work in any fighter.

I doubt any characters are actually getting cut for real. People are probably just misinterpreting that article.

I never did get around to playing the first game, but I might actually get the sequel if it's truly a major improvement over the first game.

Honestly NASB2 needs to build upon the 1st game's roster and not even consider the thought of cuts yet.

Polygon interview says they're fully reanimating everyone on top of adding more moves. That takes away resources from potential newcomers, and just because the NASB2 trailer had better graphics and voice acting doesn't mean they have unlimited resources.

I mean, I'm fine with there being less newcomers if the base game is actually good.

The main thing the newcomers for base game should be doing is patching holes that the last game failed to fill, and so far, they're doing exactly that with the remaining Ninja Turtles, Jimmy, Squidward, etc.


I'm honestly doubtful there even are any cuts from what we've seen soo far, but it's not impossible.

Ok I thought I wouldn’t fully get into Zoey 102, but holy **** the movie has been hitting right so far. It’s not the absolute best movie, and Zoey…kinda fumbles, but everyone else is still great.

1. Have swears
2. Have the characters be adults
