Three seasons?

I think you mean two seasons and a couple specials. And even that's pushing it.

Apparently this happened because exactly one executive didn't think the show "fit the Disney brand".

At least it got anything beyond Season 2 at all but good grief is that a ridiculous reason for the show to lose most of it's third season.

One thing that particularly irks me about the Owl House not having a full third season:

Spoiler: Major spoilers for The Owl House Season 2 and Amphibia Season 3

Season 2 ends with Luz and her friends escaping to Earth and unable to return to the Boiling Isles, much like how Amphibia's second season ended for Anne and the Plantars.

There's so much potential for the witch characters to adapt to and learn about Earth, much like how the Plantars did for the first half of Amphibia's 3rd season, but cutting the season to just three specials takes away a lot of runtime for any of that to happen. It's a huge waste of potential that's sadly beyond the control of the writers, and even now I still don't quite understand the decision considering the sheer popularity and success of the show.

I'm still looking forward to Season 3 and how it tells the ending of the story. It's just sad that it didn't get more time to do so.

Been playing the original Paper Mario on the Nintendo 64 Expansion.

Game still holds up. Playing it again after a decade really brings back so many memories.

As of current on chapter 6. I remember as a kid I could never beat Huff n. Puff but now knowing what strategies to use, he's easy to beat.

Funny how the campy superhero movies like Batman & Robin caused most superhero films/series during the 2000s to take themselves too seriously, which in turn brought a wave of superhero media that tries a bit too hard to be light-hearted and self-aware.

Obviously, exceptions like Synder's Justice League films exist but I wonder when the next wave of overcorrection attempts will come.
