Yeah, we did not need those guys. I hope Sonic Team, or the people who replace those two can do better. On the bright side...
Pontac and Graff are most likely gone, lol.

Aren’t those two the guys who wrote Colors and Generations? Those games were pretty good.On the bright side...

GIVE US IAN FLYNN GODDAMMIT AND GIVE HIM ACTUAL ****ING FREEDOM INSTEAD OF MORE RESTRICTIONS **** YOU AARON WEBBER YOU LYING SACK OF ****On the bright side...

I will forever push Ian Flynn until the day they finally smarten up and give that man a game to write.Yeah, we did not need those guys. I hope Sonic Team, or the people who replace those two can do better.
True, but at the same time I'd say Roger Craig Smith is more expensive than any of the 4Kids actorsWouldn’t Schwartz also be fairly expensive I get he’s not Jim Carey expensive but he is a fairly large comedy guy
I'll believe THAT when i see it.On the bright side...

The 4kids VAs got laid off, Sega simply chose not to renew their contracts and they also wanted an older sounding Sonic. Shame too, Jason Griffith really improved a lot from his awkward early yearsTrue, but at the same time I'd say Roger Craig Smith is more expensive than any of the 4Kids actors
Colors writing was okay, Generations pretty much had no story, and everything after that nosedived fast IMHO.Aren’t those two the guys who wrote Colors and Generations? Those games were pretty good.
Generations had a pretty mediocre story with nothing that makes it stand out. Colors started the trend of Sonic games flanderizing the characters and replacing meaningful themes with childish humor.Aren’t those two the guys who wrote Colors and Generations? Those games were pretty good.
Tbh, Colors was fine for being a reset from "edgy" Sonic.Generations had a pretty mediocre story with nothing that makes it stand out. Colors started the trend of Sonic games flanderizing the characters and replacing meaningful themes with childish humor.
They are good games but not thanks to their writing.
Did someone here order a clobbering? (I actually liked that joke, by the way)Tbh, Colors was fine for being a reset from "edgy" Sonic.
Like, aside from some cringy jokes, it was fine tbh.
It had some damn good zingers too.
I disagree, Sonic's entire point was being more edgy, domesticating him was a huge mistake, even if we got the infamous copyright lineTbh, Colors was fine for being a reset from "edgy" Sonic.

Got to do a digital version of this #Storm drawing of mine. I like this one a lot! The hair was both tricky and fun! #Xmen #UncannyXmen #comics #marvel #marvelcomics #drawingwhileblack #sketch #art #artwork #comicbooks #superhero pic.twitter.com/fVeUJyDv3N

The thing is, I don't think Sonic needed a reset in the form of Colors. Unleashed came out two years before it and did a great job at actually telling a meaningful story without being too dark or light-hearted.Tbh, Colors was fine for being a reset from "edgy" Sonic.

Not bad. You did well on this.I drew Storm again. This one's a personal favorite of mine at the moment.

Got another drawing set up for Friday, then stuff'll resume on Monday.
Honestly, Unleashed's writing is its biggest saving grace: Take the polish of Colors and Generations with Unleashed's writing, and you'd have a pretty cool Sonic game. The thing is, I don't think Sonic needed a reset in the form of Colors. Unleashed came out two years before it and did a great job at actually telling a meaningful story without being too dark or light-hearted.
Agreed that Colors isn't offensively bad, I just think it's a downgrade.
Yes, but not like 06 levels of edgyI disagree, Sonic's entire point was being more edgy, domesticating him was a huge mistake, even if we got the infamous copyright line
That's also true, but there's also the matter that it was a Wii exclusive, so it was definitely made for a younger audience probably just getting into Sonic. The thing is, I don't think Sonic needed a reset in the form of Colors. I legit miss the more sotry driven Sonic stuff from the 2000's.I disagree, Sonic's entire point was being more edgy, domesticating him was a huge mistake, even if we got the infamous copyright line
06 was just bad though, it had nothing to do with the edgy nature of the seriesYes, but not like 06 levels of edgy

I mean, it was also right off the heels of Shadow the Hedgehog, a game that also tried too hard, so Sonic definitely was going in an odd direction.06 was just bad though, it had nothing to do with the edgy nature of the series
Given Sega's...Bad history with voice actors, I wouldn't be surprised if he just found out today, honestly. So did Roger get camned kr did he leave on his own.
Because his "welp" seems like the former.
I’ve heard sega has been doing bad recently so that might have something to do with itSo did Roger get camned kr did he leave on his own.

Shoot for something like Ducktales 2017 or the Ian Flynn comics. We don’t need to go all the way back to the Adventure era which was basically a Shonen anime. Being a tad more lighthearted is better for Sonic in general. The thing is, I don't think Sonic needed a reset in the form of Colors. Sega's hotel division was doing bad though, plus, we know that like the other current Sonic VAs, RCS likely had to re-audition for every new gameI’ve heard sega has been doing bad recently so that might have something to do with it
but the welp itself probably means nothing just an attempt of Rogers to keep it lightis how it read to me
he might of been let go as the voice actor I just wouldn’t compile the welp into evidence of either is what I mean
oooo, I know that feeling. I keep on forgetting my password because I pretty much never actually log into my email and it infuriates me to no endI'm having trouble logging on to my email address. This worries me greatly.
The password isn't the problem, it was an account key that's the problem.oooo, I know that feeling. I keep on forgetting my password because I pretty much never actually log into my email and it infuriates me to no end
If the SIM card didn't break(and you kept it) you could use another phone to fix this issue I'd wager. The password isn't the problem, it was an account key that's the problem.
Which is apparently tied to my cellphone, which broke.
