Regret is one of the best songs in Persona 5 and it can't be denied

Did you just say I wasn’t real?

That hurts I’d never say ranes aren’t real
They aren't. As I've stated many times in the past to all of you; I am a figment of your imagination.
If wolves aren’t real then what the hell is this?

This afternoon, I shall AYA (ask y'all anything, that is). I have five fun questions to ask; you can anwser one or all five if you want. I am thinking of doing this once a week.

Hitotsu - Which animal do you represent on the Chinese zodiac?
Futatsu - Out of roughly a thousand different tracks in Ultimate, pick one to be your theme song.
Mittsu - Any favorite songs that help you relax on Saturday evenings?
Yottsu - Do you plan on getting a :ultminmin amiibo?
So****e, itsutsu - What is your biggest gaming confession?

Hitotsu - I was born in 1961, so I represent the Ox. My stepmother was born in 1964, so she represents the Dragon.
Futatsu - Theme Of Bayonetta - Mysterious Destiny (Instrumental)
Mittsu
- Yes. Saturday Evening by Ronnie Laws (1977)
Yottsu - Damn right I am going to get one!
Itsutsu - Oddly enough, I love to see people fail in Mario Kart Double Dash and Mario Kart Wii. Every time the player falls off the course/get hit by items or obstacles, I do the evil Bowser laugh. You know how in GCN Bowser's Castle, Bowser would do the laugh every time players fall in lava, spin out from items/Thwomps, etc. That is one I mean.

Gotten around to watching The Lion King again. As always holds up as the classic it is.

Being its the first movie I also saw in theaters it holds a special place in my heart that due to its probably the only piece of media where despite its overratedness I just can't help but love and earns that overratedness.

The combined drawing from chapter 999 and chapter 1000 looks gorgeous my word

I have not once heard someone mention Mario vs Donkey Kong 2: March Of The Minis, good or bad.
That's what It seems at first glance.

But there are those who genuiely believe Mini Marios are worse than Toadette constantly being playable in Mario games.

2001, Year of the snake :023:

Spiral Mountain. An upbeat, whimsical theme to an upbeat, whimsical duo with just a hint of cynicism. Just like me!

Put your records on-Corrine Bailey Rae

Probably not. Though as soon as Banjo’s amiibo drops I’m all over that.

I’m actually pretty bad at video games, aside from Pokémon. Slow reaction time. Though these days I do seem to be getting better. I guess spending thousands of hours playing games in quarantine pays off :chuckle:

Honestly, I always thought Toadette being playable was neat, and I don't hate the Mini Marios... but yeah I do prefer playable Toadette.

Toadette being playable is a lot better than just having colored Toads in my opinion. She's a proper individual whereas Toads are just a species within the Mario universe. She's not flawless, she's basically is just female Toad, but I think it's an improvement. Mini Marios just never had much goin' for em' in my eyes. I don't hate em', they're neat, I just could never really get attached to them. They come from a title I played for a bit that never left a lasting impression on me at all, and I rarely see folks talkin' about em' nowadays. I do think the concept is neat, though, and I like the design and animations. They're cute .I don't think I'd say they're worse than Toadette, since neither are bad in my opinion, though. I just prefer Toadette.

Yottsu: maybe
So****e, itsutsu: while I really love DQ8 and have gotten really far into it throught the years, I still need to 100% complete It.
I'm trying to make that happen this year.

Yeah, I'm mostly indifferent to the Minis and Toadette, I find both fine as you said.

It is true that some people do put the blame on both too much for things like the Gamecube era of Donkey Kong titles or "character spot-stealing" in the case of Toadette.

Many people need to not look so deep into stuff, I doubt Nintendo is the kind of company which goes like "we are gonna add Toadette to these games just to annoy people!".

Toadette is pretty simple to add in comparison to other characters I imagine. Her rig is basically identical to Toad's, aside from her pigtails, and her model is basically just a tweaked Toad model. It's convenient.
