I mean, I agree with you here, but the difference for me is that the 2 jobs I have done(Ride Ops and pizza chain worker) can't really be replaced by an unthinking robot or computer, there's a lot of day to day decision making that goes into each movement that a computer wouldn't be able to account for.

It probably helps that I've had overall positive experiences with management teams at the job I worked at, minus one particularly stingy manager who constantly yelled screamed and overall just annoyed everyone here by butting in to things we already had handled.

Like, I'd love to have a passive income and not have to do any work to do anything I actually want to do but that's just how the cards are dealt sometimes. At least, that's how I view it.
It’s not that I don’t want to work. I don’t want to grind. I want to do stuff that’s actually engaging and not the same thing over and over again every day.

Hey gamers.

Just comin' by to say that I finished at last Bug Fable today, and on top of beating the two bonus bosses, there's only a few things left to do before I done most of the stuff i'm really interested & get all the achievements. (well, beside starting a new game where the medals are all randomely placed, but that's another story for another time)

Having heard this game for a long while - mostly peoples always comparing it to Paper Mario, which ironically made me least interested in the game even though I love the first 3 PM games - I can say i'm very, very glad I finally gave it not only a shot, but a BIG SHOT. Despite it's obvious influence, I really grew to care for the characters & the world they live in on their own merits. Leif's deadpan sometime contrasted by his passion of card games or unable to not squee at the sight of cute stuff. Kabu's classic sense of duty & trying to do the right thing even having it's limit when dealing with awful peoples like Mothiva. And of course Vi going from a little bee jerk obsessed with proving herself & getting rewards to someone who truly care about her friends & even show alot more humility on occassion one might expect.

I could go on & on, but I prefer not going into much details for brevity sake. Will say tho that playing this game on Hard Mode from beginning to the end was, well, very hard at time! Yet sooo worth it on multiples occassion. The game rewarding you for pushing yourself is a treat, and playing this & Hades gave me alot to think about when it come to making difficulty option interesting, yet still fun.

Brief, Bug Fables's good game on it's own, buy it on Switch or Steam if you're interested. Doubly so if it's on sales.

Have a great day.

Billy Kametz has stage 4 colon cancer. His most wellknown roles are probably Josuke Higashikata and Ferdinand von Aegir, I lost my mother to blood cancer earlier this month so hearing one of my favourite new VAs having it hits hard
Damn, cancer absolutely ****ing sucks. Hoping for the best of him, and my condolences to you and your family for the loss of your mother.

Don't know much of the guy, but it freakin' suck to hear. Hoping the best for him & his family.

SEGA has announced that on May 20th, 2022, they will delist the digital standalone versions of Sonic the Hedgehog 1, 2, Sonic 3 & Knuckles and Sonic CD. The only version to escape delisting will be Sonic the Hedgehog 1 and 2 in the SEGA AGES series, and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 on the Switch Online SEGA Genesis app. Any other standalone versions of these games will disappear in less than a month.
Sega, please dont do that

Sooooooo

How them "SEGA does what Nintendon't with their fans!" peeps holding up after the news. :4wario2:
Honestly, I really hate that SEGA delists their games for suppossed quality control.

It may be even worse with SEGA than any other company because if Sega delists something, then it's NEVER getting rereleased again in any form and it's super annoying.

On the plus side, they tend to not go after abandonware downloads as seen with the old 2000s era PC ports, so they won’t be hard to find.

It’s more the principle of the thing with me, though. This is slimy IMO.

Delisting just sucks in general even if they give us alternatives, especially in cases like the GTA trilogy where the delisted games were genuinelly better than the definitive versions
