Tbf this is the cherry picked example, it's the monster with the most text in the game almost exclusively because half of his text goes over spell counters and how they work(along with the usual once per turn stuff)

Did you know if you negate the flip summon of a monster that has to be summoned a specific way(such as Chaos Sorcerer) you can't special summon them back from the GY because they are treated as having not been properly special summoned?

Oh yeah the MD subreddit is awful, i don't envy Cm3007 and the other mods that have to deal with the constant whining. The first few weeks in particular were the worst as someone that sat there and (to no avail) tried to help newer players as much as possible.

Like legit I've seen people call for D.D Dynamite to be banned. Or, yknow, you can ban Banquet of Millions, which is the whole reason that (practically speaking) bot ftk even works in the first place?

Welp! This weekend has been eventful. I went to HSV Expo, and Havoc Fox, (An indie game I voice in) was presenting a new demo there!

I've met one of the game's creators, but this time, I got to meet both of em'! They're super nice folks. And one of them (Dusky, the game's programmer, composer, artist, character design, etc.) actually gave me a Sonic ring, ayy!

Also, got my very first print, autographed by Kellen Goff! Kellen's work has always been inspiring to me, since seeing another autistic actor be successful in the field keeps me motivated, haha.

I was wearing a shirt with this design on it, and Kellen noted that he also had a shirt with the same design, haha. Then we just rambled and talked about Evangelion Garfield and stuff. It was great, haha. He's super chill and nice!

And finally... I saw this manmade horror at a used goods store on the way back home.

I mean like the thing here is

Both ftks are ass(if they go second they just die to any half competent deck) but both bots autosurrender if they can't pull it off so you only see the games where they do, creating a negative feedback loop. Especially when they DC before you even start playing, you can kinda just shrug it off.

The FTKs aren't that rampant to be totally fair. I ran into 2 Dynamite and 2 Igknight in like 35 games. After the nerf to gem income via winning, the bots have slowed down. They're still there, but a lot less.
