EDIT: Should be clarified this is in reference to S3&K, but I would be shocked if this did not apply to the other games as well.

TBH I would probably just download the whole thing again myself, assuming you're not on some kind of capped internet plan: Hotfixes for stuff like this are a pain in the butt, lol. Better to just go the direct way and update the whole package.
