Origins doesn't have playable Amy, so it's bad, actually.

Okay fine Knuckles being playable across the games saves it.

NGL tho that selling model is a little cringe. Money moment, I suppose.

I have it for both GCN and Wii U, but IDK how I'd choose to play it now. GCN I imagine on Steam Deck works great thanks to Dolphin having a native Linux port, but HD fixes some of the few gripes I had with the original.

I'll probably just homebrew my Wii U soon here and rip HD off of it. Just waiting until I'm ready to never take it online again, 'cause Nintendo gets angy when you hop on their servers with a modded console.

They've already remade most of the 3D Zelda games, WW was among the first to get that treatment, the game itself is a beloved classic, and the HD remake isn't as easy to get now that the Wii U's been out of production for years.

It honestly doesn't make much sense as to why they haven't ported it to the Switch yet. Other popular Wii U games like Mario Kart 8 got that treatment very early on. Wind Waker HD's way overdue.

The part where the sages play their song in the temples gets me every time. It's not even suppossed to be emotional at all but damn are those scenes good.


Also, may be a hot take, but WWHD? Best looking Zelda game, might have a case for best looking Nintendo game. Genuinelly looks like a Ghibli meets Pixar movie

I was just trying out this game's Isabelle, and she's movine exactly like her Ultimate counterpart. How??? Like, there' no artifacting, it's dead up the animations from Ultimate flawlessly running in Dolphin. Just how far have they figured out how to stretch the Brawl engine!?

Yup! Backporting is a thing in Brawl modding. Don't know how it's possible but I ain't complaining.

I'm stunned at how much this has grown since I last played in 2020. It's like night and day: It was so janky and rough back then, but dang, this is polished now!

TBH it looks like a viable way to play some of Ultimate's cast in Melee's engine basically.

When they finally get to adding Inklings, I'mma lose my mind.

PMEX Remix's newcomers fall under three categories:

1. Characters from 4 or Ultimate
2. Characters the official PM devs were going to make
3. Any custom Brawl fighters random modders have PM-ified and PMEX Remix's devs think is high-quality enough.
