They aren't even balanced for single player either. There are better ways to create a boss monster than creating an 178 ATK and 148 Speed mon that get +1 ATK on entry, while also allowing said Pokemon to be used in multiplayer challenges. Hell, GF itself had the right idea with Totem Pokemon or, more recently, Alpha/Noble Pokemon, that gain buffs as enemies, while being normal when caught. Something like this can create a challenge for the SP without giving in to power creep. Or making a strictly boss only Pokemon, like Eternamax Eternatus, which had potential, but the moment was kind of ruined by getting babysat by Zacian and Zamazenta, turning what could be a memorable boss fight into something that's pretty much impossible to lose.Part of the problem with Pokemon balance being out of wack is that a lot of mons are balanced around the single player and when/how frequently they'd be encountered or the context of their encounters. Legendaries are supposed to be one of a kind and like boss battles in the SP campaign, resulting in a lot of them being broken in MP.
I used Furret as an example of a mon doomed to be terrible in MP thanks to SP since in Pokemon GS, it was supposed to be an early, early game member of your team. You stop encountering Sentret after the very first route in the game.
Rabbat.Wouldn't a bat rabbit hybrid be named a Babbit?
Good morning, i just woke up

Calliope Mori doing irreparable damage once againIt is absolutely hilarious how people in this day and age are just now figuring out what lean was thinking its a meme when it was around when I was even a kid in the late 90s
Not to mention that the datamine for masters is for the anniversary units. There's a lot going on with Pokemon this week

I can’t wait to play the Cinder Citadel.Where's SwSh DLC Pack 3?
Also we have Pokémon presents, likely Friday. I’m hoping we see a remake of Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky. I would love to replay that in a new art style.

Calliope Mori doing irreparable damage once again
Playing X made me realize just how ****ty to me the traditional way of pokemon is. I couldnt go anywhere without a wild pokemon fight and if not that, a ****ing trainer battleI had hardly played Brilliant Diamond. Decided to get back to it after Legends.
Just had 4 encounters in 4 steps.
As a whitey myself, I fail to understand how people who first heard of lean like this somehow missed what this tweet implied and a pretty significant backpedal, only to react in horrorView attachment 345733
Bringing this back
Lucina:Remember when Lucina was Peppa Pig's mortal enemy?
I can't believe we live in a reality where that wasn't a bad fever dream.
They will if Togashi ever overcomes his intense chronic pains enough to finish it allWell, just finished all 148 episodes of Hunter x Hunter.
Great show, but they got 2 arcs it didn't adapt, so surely they're gonna go back and adapt them
Oh, it's intense and chronic huh? The way people put it it seemed like he wasn't really hurting at all and was more lazy than in pain. They will if Togashi ever overcomes his intense chronic pains enough to finish it all
