That's what happens when you got a massive ass fanbase with people who refuse to grow up mixed people who refuse to understand.

Same boat as Sonic, Paper Mario, Smash, etc...

Real chads deliberately play with underleveled teams using type match ups, status moves and stat knowledge to even the playing field.

Playing lategame Gen 7 exp.share off and taking on level 60 teams with a team of level 40s is the peak pokemon experience.

I started with Gen 3.
That entire era of Pokémon holds a special place in my heart as Pokémon Sapphire was the First game i ever owned myself, the Hoenn región Is a tropical setting just like where i was bien and raised and even as a grown Man i feel it has some of the coolest Pokémon ever introduced.

HGSS are pretty based imo

Gen 3 is still easier to go back to than 1 and 2 I agree, but if I wanted to play Hoenn I'd probably stick with ORAS.

While I haven't played it fully, from what I have played and seen, ORAS might be the best remake overall.

Because it didn't have the cool Battle facilites Emerald had and they Made the game easier, this Is an objective fact as the gym leaders Pokémon had lower levels compares to the original.

And Mays redesign Is worse than her OG design.

I thought designing him based on his origin as a mercenary, and his evolution from that would be interesting, especially with the Treasure mechanic. That list I made is composed of big names in the industry (With exception of maybe like, 3, but they're in the industry regardless) but yeah, seems most folks getting into this are in the "I voiced your childhood!" camp. So they're kinda the faces of American VO in a way. So yeah, definitely not a good look, not gonna argue with that, haha.
