I doubt itGuys. Imagine it. Geno. At the game awards.
It would be a fitting time to announce him because I'll be sleeping during TGA.Guys. Imagine it. Geno. At the game awards.
That’s a healthy way to look at it. I certainly don’t expect anything. But I do have lots of hopes.I doubt it

"Who?"Guys. Imagine it. Geno. At the game awards.
Thing is to me, Steve sticks out like a sore thumb. And he still does after his inclusion. Feels SO awkward to play him with his character blocks and feels worse than when we had G&W. That's me and I'm entitled to my own opinion here.I dunno, Steve kinda just felt like an obvious inclusion and the trailer worked really well. I also disagree with the notion that any character is "undeserving" of being in Smash, even if it's something like an anime character. But that's a whole nother can of worms I don't feel like talking further about.
Not everyone has to like every character.Where did all this Geno hate come from? Reminds me of the attitude towards Banjo here before his reveal.
It's a hack and slash for the most part, but between the hacking and slashing, you have to earn money to pay an "entrance fee" to take on the next assassin. (along with getting upgrades, buying outfits for Travis, and improving Travis's strength and health)Wait... I thought NMH was a hack and slash? What’s all this about leveling up and earning money? It’s not level to level?
It seems like a big part of it is that he's a popular choice, which means that he's "in the way" of other characters becoming DLC. (mainly Mario characters or Square-Enix characters, though with only four characters left for Smash Ultimate, anyone who's popular enough is seen as a "threat" to their most-wanted getting in by some people)Where did all this Geno hate come from? Give me Crash or give me deathGuys. Imagine it. Geno. At the game awards.
Real Talk: I don't get why there are still people who want to watch the Game Awards live after what happened last year.It would be a fitting time to announce him because I'll be sleeping during TGA.
Two words:Real Talk: I don't get why there are still people who want to watch the Game Awards live after what happened last year.
For me, it's three reasons:Real Talk: I don't get why there are still people who want to watch the Game Awards live after what happened last year.
I'm honestly gonna do like you because I feel It won't be worth It to spend time without sleeping on such a "event".
Last year was appearently an outlier. Some people think this year could be better and I can see where they are coming from.Real Talk: I don't get why there are still people who want to watch the Game Awards live after what happened last year.

Yeah, it is in the middle of the night for me too.Last year was appearently an outlier. Some people think this year could be better and I can see where they are coming from.
As for me, I literally has no choice but sleeping through it because it's like in the middle of the night for me.
Oh yeah, the Muppets segment was at least funny from what I heard. Two words:
Swedish Chef
Why he isn't revealed yet is beyond me
I have never seen this, though I am now intrigued. I shall watch once I finish playing Ori for the time being.
That means world premiere games, last I checked. How does this bode for a Smash reveal?
My first exposure to Minecraft was the demo on Xbox 360, and my brother bought it later on.Steve's reveal definitely had something special about it.
I think it has something to do with Minecraft's origins and stuff. It's legit one of the biggest success stories in video games period. It went from this quaint little indie to one of the absolute biggest and most influential games on the planet. You don't see something like this every day.
Plus Smash is a game with a lot of focus on Japanese franchises. Minecraft is only our second western series on the roster after Banjo Kazooie. On top of that Steve is out first western character where Nintendo had no involvement in their creation whatsoever. That's pretty monumental when you think about it.
It's still surreal to see Minecraft go from this little game my friend recommended me to the latest third party character added to Smash
...I wouldn't have been bothered if Banjo & Kazooie was a costume, but they can't actually be an echo, so. Change that to costume, and your point is a bit more grounded. Not saying it's a bad point either~The thing with Steve is, for a game that wants to hail itself as a "celebration of gaming", Steve had to be in the game. You can't say you're celebrating all of gaming and then just ignore the best selling and most popular gamebof all time, which still racks up absurd numbers on the daily basis.
And for those saying Mii Swordfighter costume, that would've been an injustice to Minecraft. Would you like it if Banjo was a Duck Hunt echo? Or if Doom Guy was just a Mii Gunner costume and nothing more?
Splatoon and Minecraft were such huge parts of my hobbies back during the mid-to-late 2010s that seeing them both in this game together really just boggles my mind, honestly. Like, it really is a dream come true for me.Steve's reveal definitely had something special about it.

Does it? That would make more sense though. That means world premiere games, last I checked.
So it means nothing.
Unless you mean specifically "Oh, we're definitely getting new stuff beyond new games", then yes?
Me trying to cop that Ps5 from everywhereUs this Thursday:
