Anyways: here you guys go for my favourite PS4 games. Tagging @osby M MooMew64 and Lamperouge since you guys are interested. 40 to 20 in no order and I made a few rules for myself. Thoughts would be cool.

• Played it first on PS4 but nullified by the next point.
• Have spent most time on it on PS4 over other consoles. (So bye Bastion, Child of Light, Doom 2016 etc.)
• Two games can go together if the story and gameplay are very, very similar.

I was gonna do a write up of them but honest to god right now I'm starving so give me your thoughts............please?

Interesting to see FF XV so high, that one's super divisive from what I hear.

Lots of solid stuff in here though: Yakuza games are great, heard fantastic things about Gravity Rush, and Trails of Cold Steel is on the to-play list.

Genshin and Tales games are also rad. Need to actually start Genshin (have only played like, an hour of it lol) but it's definitely on my list of games.



Speaking of games though, I think my big thing going into the new year is to buy less and play more. Over the last 5 years I have developed a bad habit of picking up games and not finishing them, and I wanna stop that. I'm hoping to clear a significant portion of my backlog next year, which probably means I'll be skipping a lot of game launches so that I don't keep adding more to the pile.

As it stands, Splatoon 3 is the only game I'm committed to buying on launch. Legends Arceus might have to wait a few weeks depending on where I am with what I'm currently playing, and Kirby's gonna hinge on when it comes out.

Sweet! I was able to catch a Shiny Vulpix earlier today. One of the shinies that's been on my bucket list.

I told myself I wasn't going to bother with shiny hunting but I might have to now to get a matching one from Kanto. Thankfully I still have my shiny charm in ORAS to DexNav grind. I think that's the easiest from what I've been heard? IDK

Anyways, I really enjoyed watching Encanto (which came on to Disney+ a few days ago) and I do hope it does get implemented in to a Disney+ series.

I’ve been on the road for a few hours now to start my trip back home and honestly, it’s pretty calming.

I can pretend my signal is bad when I don’t want to talk to someone, all my homework is done for winter break, I don’t have to go to work; all I have to do is sit in a car and read a book, maybe watch a movie on my phone.

I will say that it's interesting how DP aee so high, but Platinum, which is the exact same game but better, is 88 places apart, meanwhile BDSP isn't on the list at all despite it just being a better D&P in every way.

Same with GS being higher that HGSS, ans Crystal isn't even on the list at all. Nor Emerald. Or ORAS. Nor FRLG.

Which makes me wonder if Japan doesn't really care for the remakes and/or 3rd versions as much as every other region
