Took a look at Sora's stats, and for fun I did another breakdown. It'll be the last one I'll be able to do for the game, so I wanted to give it one last hurrah.

Walk speed: 0.82
Run speed: 1.58
Dash speed: 1.78

Walk speed: 81st out of the cast, faster then Byleth and slower then Ken, bottom 10 overall.
Run Speed: 61st, slower then Ryu and beating out Peach, Daisy, Corrin, Ivysaur and Snake.
Dash: 70th, barely faster then Incineroar and friends (Snake, DH, Bowser Jr. and Ryu), but slower then Ridley and Byleth.
Air speed: 61st, beating Pikachu but slower then Young Link.
Gravity: Tied with Kirby, 3rd lowest in the entire game.
Fall Speed/Fast Fall Speed: 56th, beating out Ivysaur and Toon Link, but slower then Mii Gunner.
Weight: 71st, Lightweight, tied with Zelda.

He's... very slow surprisingly enough. I didn't think his ground speed would be that great, but even in the air his stats are on the lower end. His mobility options in his specials and attacks will more then make up for it I believe though, so I wouldn't call him immobile either. He's also very floaty and light, but I think everyone expected that.

Can I be truthful here? These inconsistency has been noted for a while now, for years, and I barely saw any change even after people voiced concerns publicly and/or privately. Idk if it has something to do with the ownership, being advertisement friendly, that very not good Brelooming event happening, or just the mods themselves, but even after promises were made to alievate those concerns, I barely saw anything change in terms of consistency or really anything, at least since I been here.

Like, I don't wanna put you specifically on the spot, but for that reason I alone PM you for good reason. A lot of us have been really confused with a lot of decisions as of late (and no, I'm not just talking about ***** here), but no answer, no clarification, no nothing.


So **** it, this is an open letter now. I know this sounds cheesy as hell, if anyone wants to chime in, go ahead. We've all been pretty frustrated with this site lately, so I want all the mods and admins to hear our concerns so we can discuss.

Idrc if i get banned for this, I just want y'all to get your frustrations out.

I appreciate you sharing your opinion. There's no reason for the martyr language haha. It's just not really a place where I can effectively respond to your grievances. If I go, "Hey, you said This Thing, and I'd like to have a better understanding. Can you elaborate for me?" and hours pass before you're available to respond (or vice versa), that means multiple pages will go by of the thread talking about all kinds of stuff in-between our messages. I'd have no easy way of referencing the conversation later in the event I were going to implement some change in moderation policy as a result. So that's why I tend to direct folks over to Staff Help Forums - but it seems like some users aren't fond of the Staff Help Forums so I am instead offering a direct conversation, in hopes that it goes over better.

Alright, I tried out Sora. He is floaty as his home series is about those crazy combo attacks with skills and magic.

Float like a butterfly and sting like a mosquito. He's like that with being in the air as the optimal option. On the ground, his attack are a bit slow with a bit of windup and practice all around. In the end, he might be my next character, just need to get used to the keyblade wielder.

The float takes some getting used to, but I really like him so far.

I played quite a few hours of Sora. He’s super fun, and delivers on exact what I wanted from him. He’s speedy with his attack and can essentially soar around the stage with fun combos. Those 0- to death ladder combos are tricky to pull but it’s really satisfying when you launch someone through the top of the screen.

His stage is also one of my favorites.

Sora's classic mode is

The Trail of Darkness

Pretty much just another one where you face against dark counterparts granted with Cloud thrown in there.

There’s actually a reason why Cloud is there besides the connection he has.

when he fights Sora in KH, Cloud is using dark energy to power himself up essentially. Which is why he’s in a fight against dark foes.

After years of playing Greninja wrong I am finally taking the time to learn how to pull off combos

So far I've only been able to pull off basic combos but mark my word, I will be the best Greninja main in my country one day
