You're probably right, but you never know with Sega.

Anyone I've talked to about Sonic stuff for the anniversary this year, I've said this every time: "All they need to do to make me happy is port Colors. IDC about anything else, anything else is a cherry on top, Colors is all I need to be happy with Sonic this year."

Y'all better believed I'm freaking pumped as heck right now.

I'm trying to temper my expectations because there's always the possibility that this isn't legit.

Just to give people some more info on the Colors thing, the company that listed this info has a history with Sega and handled the dub work/localizing for Sonic Team Racing and Forces.

I think there's pretty good odds this is all legit, but we'll probably know for sure by E3 where it would make the most sense to announce.

Sony is honestly dead to me at this point, man. Everything I used to love about 'em back during my childhood with the PS2 and 3 is gone, they're a completely different company now.

Y’know, at this point, I wonder if one or more of the suits at Playstation saying something offensive on top of all the bad PR they’ve been getting in the past few months would probably be a major blow to them. Not saying I’m actively hoping they do, I’m just pondering a possibility.

On a lighter note, a Sonic Colors remaster would be fantastic, it’s one of his best outings yet IMO, with a humorous story that doesn’t feel forced thanks to the limited cast and bizarre circumstance.

Hard to "ruin" the Adventure games seeing as how they're already extremely flawed and dated.

Biggest & more obvious one would be that alot more would be able to play it, since you know, the Wii isn't exactly alot of peoples favourite ""retro"" consoles.

That and making the game look much prettier than on the Wii, of course.

I'd just like for both it and Unleashed to be played by more people, TBH. Both games are rad and it's a shame both them and Heroes are still trapped on old gen consoles and kind of hard to play legit ATM.

Sonic Colors already looked good for Wii standards, and giving it qn HD treatment would make it the best looking Sonic game if they did it right

Bend Studio is worried about being absorbed and rebranded, the San Diego studio working on Uncharted got canned, and Insomniac just got bought by Sony so they’ll likely only ever work on Ratchet and Spider-Man for the rest of the studios life.

Being a PlayStation fan sucks right now, man. Thank god we got God of War though. That’s a risky reboot that likely couldn’t happen if it happened any later.

Having it be more easily accessible is the main thing for me. I don't want to dig up the Wii to play it again and I'm not able to emulate it, so having a modern, legit means of getting it is great.

Goddamn his games have just never clicked with me. I haven't played a single Sonic game I've enjoyed. I remember my friends going on and on about Adventure 2 back in highschool and like, "Wow, this game controls like ass."
