Tattered / bloody Charizard-esque version of some coral sea horse, probably. Note Gyarados' tail.

Edit: The tail looked a bit choppy attached to the body, so I cleaned it up a bit

Still open to critiques before I consider it my final submission

Tried to add full bone look, but it didn't go so well (**** ribs), so I just made it black.

Also just made a small edit, had to fix a non symmetrical fire

But it has fins and a gyrados tail, Im pretty sure thats water type
Also, Water is its secondary type

The judges don't have to pick a best one, do they? I don't think the first post details how the actual judging process is, but I'm think it isn't "give one guy 10, another guy 9, etc"

Basically here's how it is.

Once we get the scores up, be it a day after, two days after, or four days after, you will then have a week to complete the next contest. We try to keep it weekly, but that's actually rather difficult. It's a semi-weekly contest supported by the fact that each contest runs the length of a week.

And the more we see begging for scores, the less inclined to judge them we are.

Wow, not gonna lie, thats a pretty ***** thing to say. Dont set a schedual then take it out on other people when they want you to stick to it.
