It's Gummylluxe!

This is the bubble gum ice cream flavor Vanilluxe. It's a flavor that has a sweet taste like bubble gum, and it has little chunks of bubble gum stuck right into him.

I really liked the straw on Vanilluxe, but I took it out not seeing a purpose and instead had one of the heads blowing a bubble.
I also opted for a more standard cone, like regular ice cream.

F8AL: First of all, I like it how you made each scoop of this Pokemon unique and interesting. I can tell that you put a considerable amount of time and effort into this sprite because of the amount of detail and the variety of colours you selected all work well together. Overall, an excellent sprite!

Firus: I really like this sprite. First of all, the banana split idea is interesting, as opposed to going with one, simple flavor. You did a great job redesigning the cone to look like a true waffle cone, and I love all of the additions you made. The strawberry on the right scoop, the bits of banana on each side, and the fudge all add to the overall sprite. The one thing that does bother me is the left scoop. I love the touch of fudge, but the way it runs through the face of the scoop looks a bit off. If you had made the fudge drip around the face instead, I think that would’ve strengthened the look of the sprite. In addition, I think the pink-red eyes look a bit strange. I would make the banana sticking out on the right less sharp, too. Despite those flaws, however, I really like the creativity you put to work in this sprite.

Neon Ness: I like the direction you were going in, giving the separate heads separate flavors. The detailing on the cone is really intricate and well done, although the shading is a little flat there. The second head is good for the most part, the shading is sound and I like the addition of the strawberry on top. The banana was another really nice addition but it's sort of jagged on the left end. The edges are a little rough on the actual mouth and eyes so you might consider softening those. I think maybe the first head was just overdone a bit. There's so much fudge that the form itself gets lost, and it's tough to tell where the light source is from that side alone. It might have been better to keep it mostly concentrated at the top above the face, and have it lightly drizzle down with a lighter brown color. Even though I realize ice cream really is messy like that in real life, at a small scale like this working with a few pixels at a time you have to sacrifice realism for readability sometimes. The way you drew the fudge is actually really good, I just think there could be less of it so it doesn't overpower the Pokemon's face.

vVv ChiboSempai – Gummylluxe

F8AL: I like it how you kept the colours of this sprite consistent and how you added the bubble for the scoop on the right. Nice touch. Everything looks like it belongs there and mends well together.

Firus: This sprite is pretty simple, but I really like how it came out. The chunks of bubble gum are a neat touch, although they’d have been more effective if they were less subtle. Merely in the recoloring, you get across the bubble gum flavoring, but the bubble really adds a lot to the sprite. Not only is the bubble well-done, but it fits naturally into the sprite and immediately indicates the bubble gum flavoring, as opposed to another pink flavor.

Neon Ness: I really like how this came together. At first glance this could have easily just been a simple change to a strawberry flavor but the bubble gum coming from the second head gets your idea across very clearly. Not the first flavor I would think of for ice cream, but the design is convincing. I actually can't see any of the bubblegum chunks you mentioned, if those finer details stood out a bit more clearly, this would be even better. I'm glad to see that the cones were redone for the sake of tying the whole look together.

By another Pokemon, can it be more than one? Like, I wanna fuse Drifloon with three other Pokemon. That cool?

The idea I had in mind with this prompt (though it's not necessarily what everyone will end up with, because there are infinite ways of creating a fusion) was to create a balloon version of any Pokémon, so my intent was to fuse a single Pokémon with either one of them.

So in short, no. I'll clarify that in the original prompt.
