In any case, the advertisement should have been a while ago after the announcement. Brawl is already popular but still hasn't met pre-sale requirements? That's bull since not all people pre-order to buy the game. Some people just prefer to buy it on the spot and not deposit money for a game that hasn't been released yet (heck, for a game that has been delayed multiple times).
