Pretty simple. Your strongest atk against me would be thief, and you would have to grab the black sludge. Torment basically wastes every other turn for you and Brave Bird is for the kill.

The anti water berry is called Passho.

No STAB? Psywave does random damage, so it's not a reliable STAB move.

I can't think of a BL or lower counter. If the rule is "no OU, no über", Bronzong can't be used. That's what I first thought of, but then I realized that said rule was in play.

It's a generic set, but it works.

Before I go on to **** that bee in the face you do understand how the counter game works right? It acts as if the next counter comes in on turn one, so instead of +6 attack/speed/defense you'd have at best +2 at one.
