Sorry, Reaper. This can't counter my Viggy. Bulk Up allows me to 2HKO you with Return, and it takes you 3-4 turns to knock me out with Leaf Blade w/o SD boosts. I could Bulk Up on the switch, you could SD, I hit you with Return. You can Leaf Blade and hope for a Crit (cause Crits suck like that), but I'd KO you with Return.

Immune to T-Wave, and will gladly take Levitate (or Guts?) over Sturdy, which leaves you with the options of Iron Tail and Rest.

I have enough to Speed to outrun Max Speed Base 95 Pokes (Primape, Arcanine and whatnot) after a single Rock Polish, and I'll have to settle for Crunch being my attacking move against Uxie. With the chance of me lowering your Defense, plus the Liechi Berry that I have, I should be able to take you out before you do the same. Nothing in the BL and lower environment resists all three of my attacks...
