Um...how many legendaries have you obtained so far? I've only gotten one Lugia with Smeargle. When the game was still in the first month, I could get legendaries obtainable in Kalos using HA Eevee and Frogadier, but I don't think that works anymore. :/

One which is the Shiny Suicune, two if you count Phoine. Trying for dat Zekrom.

Maybe replace Hydro Pump with Calm Mind. Scald is already a water type attack, and it can cause burn.

I just got a Calm Lugia off GTS. I think it's from HG because it's at level 72. Its characteristic is "Very finicky," so no IVs with a value of 31.

Suicune is a very good Pokemon.

Ditch Extrasensory. If you play by tiers, nothings going to die to an Extrasensory from Suicune. Mainly a wall or bulky sweeper Suicune would benefit from moves like

Scald/Hydro Pump
Calm Mind
Rest
Sleep Talk/Tailwind/Hidden Power Grass/Lightning

Depending on the IVs, Hidden Power can be any type. In this case Suicune has 5IVs, don't quote me on that. Ice beam works well also, I forgot to mention that. Ice and Water have great coverage together.

Depending on the gender of each of them. Pierrot could be a guy's nickname. Seraphim could be for a female Gardevoir...I think Seraphim would be a cool name for a female Psychic type in general.
