Edit: I just got a Multiscale Lugia through GTS by offering a Smeargle with Happy Hour...Lugia is Jolly though...

That's because I changed it to Lugia because I wanted to keep a Lugia to myself.
I could breed you one. It's more like I go catch or hatch one, go to Ditto Safari, have it transform to one with the move, then switch and sketch. I can definitely try and get you one as well.

Depends on what you mean by "with" other people. Either way, you need to choose Multi Battle. If you want to actually battle at the same time, you have to be playing in the same location, and when the game prompts you asking if you want to do that, tell it you do. Otherwise, say no, and you get to pick somebody from your friends list and use their randomly-chosen Pokemon.

You could teach Greninja Ice Beam. Maybe teach a different attack than Fly to Charizard.

I've been meaning to teach him that along with Dark Pulse for a Yveltal & Greninja team.

I do probably need to get rid of Flame Burst instead of Fly.

You got a Lugia, I'm entirely sure the GTS allows it. People are still asking for Hoopa, Volcanion etc.

Lugia isn't an event with a ribbon. Like how you can't deposit event Pokemon on GTS, you probably can't send them. You can still request event Pokemon species, but they probably won't be sent as long as they come with an event ribbon or come in a Cherish ball or something.

Huh, I didn't know that. o.o I've never exactly been looking for events before but that just surprised me a bit. It just seems really limiting, but I can see if they were trying to prevent GTS hacking.
