Completely agree with King on the team aspects. MJ would not have won a title if he played on the Cavs teams that Lebron had to play on. Even when MJ went to play baseball the Bulls were still a dominant team, while the Cavs without Lebron are complete trash. Lebron had to leave. Cleveland was giving him nothing and he was carrying that team hard for 7 years.

Lol at Wade and Bron being the only ones who made it to the Playoffs. Bosh is the reason they beat the Bulls, not Bron or Wade. ***** had over 30 points and outscored both of them in like all the games

Rodman didn't even come til later. Like I said, Jordan won rings with alot of different ppl. I don't understand why you keep trying to compare Jordan being teamed up with All stars when basically the first 3 rings he did it by himself

in any case i think it's fruitless to argue over how lebron COULD be better than mj in the future. as of now, he's nothing compared to him and calling him king james is a joke

i was not talking about this year, you said that wade made it with worse people im saying lebron did that too with cleveland. off course this year it was a combined effort between the three.

and you continue to downplay pippen and the rest of his supporting cast, pippen was an all-star at the time and made the olympic team. kerr was one one of the best three point shooters in nba history, you cant ignore these things cause its inconvient to your argument lol.

and you keep bringing up this all-star thing like it matters, every championship team over the past decade has had more than one all-star or star players. pretending like jordan didnt have help is absolutely ridiculous, if he was able to do it by himself he would have done it in his first seven seasons.

Edit: gios right this is fruitless, i wouldnt say he's nothing compared too him though, thats extreme.

So I noticed that Sveet edited an existing thread to make a tournament on the 18th; does that mean that Don't Blink Don't Care 2 isn't happening? Also, it says that it's a Melee-only tournament; will there be anyone playing Brawl friendlies? Foodies was really hoping to go to a Brawl tournament...

FYI, I've pretty much quit competitive Brawl... Melee 2 gud.

Good question, me/Arty/Zwarm won't be using the CoD venue for DBDC, so we were thinking of just hosting it at someone's house. Don't know all the details, but yea I think we should figure it out by the end of this weekend (looks at Zwarm).

Melee 2 gud. Falcon 2 gud. I suck at Melee.

I know its early but I can probably drive to brainshock if necessary. If I do drive, I'd prefer to go down the night before just cause I don't want to drive 8 hours in one day. If my car isn't needed then np but I'm definitely going.

I will try to figure out if I can host the tourney then I guess. Don't get your hopes up though.

No one seems to care about the barn that is actually a 4 star restaurant, just the barn that is a gym. :(

We're leaving friday afternoon and staying in a hotel Fri/Sat, then leaving sunday after the tournament is over. We'll leave only if we have at least 5-6 people in the car, so it's not too expensive.
