variety, spacing, and creativity in your dash dance is one of the most important aspects of melee.

Used correctly, you can make your opponent think you are in several places at once; baiting several approaches or tricking people into thinking they have some sort of easy punish.

wave-lands are good too. If you are very controlled you can even change the distances on your wave lands. "I was gonna land here but now I'm here" It's useful for making your self safe in a situation that seems unsafe. such as jumping off a platform vs. sheik. when the sheik is in a spacing where she can potential catch you with dash attack. Waveland backwards, Dash attack whiffs... Punish.. depending on the spacing.. cuz she might have time to tilt you but if you have a good awareness of skills it's bailable and punishable.

Movement is key!

Everyone has a useful DD, but the application of it changes naturally based on style or character usage. Yes, even Ganon's DD can be used when close to his opponent to get a roll or spotdodge for him to punish when used correctly.

DD'ing is amazing. Bundles a lot of movement and positioning and control facets of the game into a neat little series of joystick flicks. Friggin awesome lmao.

PP, I learned the most about the applications of falco's dash dance from watching your matches.

I think you have the best movement game overall. With all your characters.

Anything that gives you more options to control space is good. In this game of King of the Hill, Hill control comes about by positioning and spacing. Control of space is control of pace.
