Giving people more time to enter tournaments and make up for fluke or unlucky performances.

if twitch teamed with DUB then nc's top two teams would play fox falco @.@

You guys sort it out. Twitch wants Jim the most cuz he's used to him/knows him well I think. He'd be fine with Ace or Karn though I guess. I haven't asked him since I figured Jim was still available.
