The North Carolina Melee Power Rankings! (Updated 2/11/10!)

Alright, after some deliberation and serious discussion (I am not joking), I now proudly present the NC MELEE Power Rankings (PRs).

Note: Tournies used for the PRs: (I'll get the threads if you need me to)
Asheboro, Duke Bi-weekly(1/23), 99% Melee(Stongers' tournament)

The rankings are decided by using set counts for each potential candidate between themselves(and OOS as needed) using the previous rankings as a standard of comparison. (If this needs clarifying I guess ZIO/someone can ask about it....)

Cant you just put the NC Melee PR list in the first post of your PR disc thread, like Connecticut does? (using CT as an example because that is the largest thread on smashboards and they are infamous for spam... remind you of anyone? :D)
