skill breaks tier patterns? i don't think so. if you pick a character that's higher on the tier list than another that person will win almost 100% of the time. that's how tiers work

Its not the tier list that matters, it is the matchups specifically.

No it's all about tiers if u notice why Isai always wins he picks a better char... So obvious nobody has noticed for years
also if you link me to YouTube videos of Isai being a lower tier char than hhis opponent it's probably photoshoped. I've seen a lot of edited videos. Even crAzy **** like m2 in melee

Ally lost to a Ganon player not too long ago (side-B Ganon-cide for last stock on Frigate). Must be a bad match-up for Snake (lol jk
)ManaLord... I'll take a guess and say you are joking with your posts... but I agree with you. If a lower tier character beats a higher tier character, the only logical explanation was that the higher tier character let the lower tier character win.

Koro, the first two were photoshopped.
The first one as actually Isai as Captain Falcon against a Jigglypuff.
The second one is Isai as Fox against a Captain Falcon.
The third one, someone put Isai's name instead of the real Samus player's name.
Ok, but in seriousness, he was joking in his posts (and mine was a joke as well).

The best ganondorf in brawl basically is saying that if Sheik has a lead vs ganondorf and if the sheik knows the matchup basically, it is virtually impossible for ganondorf to win.
This is one of the few instances in any smash game of where a character is that bad that it is not even the player anymore.

I was being sarcastic in response to Nixxxon's "the caracter doesn't suck, the player does" post, going overboard with an obvious bad character.
And I know Ganon is just awful. SFU Tri-Smash 3, I had Koskinator in my pool (best ganon in the world at the time). I had never used Sheik before (other than a few random matches), but decided to use her just to try, and took his first stock without taking damage (f-tilt spam), took his second stock taking 20 damage (f-tilt spam), decided I cheated by counterpicking his Ganon with Sheik game 1, so threw the game (horribly spaced/timed bairs for the rest of the match). It was pools, so I didn't care. But yeah, had I not thrown the match, I would have beaten the best Ganon in the world with a character I had never used before.
Ganon is that bad.

Ness might be a little too low but the average populace suck too much with him to matter
not really, sure in friendlies ness can achieve relative success

definitley not crappy enough to a non usable point, but no matter how pro a ness is he is always fighting an uphill battle, againts 6 of the characters.

Link is a better character than Ness if you want uphill battles because he's more fun to play.

I think that ness is kinda noob. I mean, he can do some nice stuff, but at the same time he does very bad and careless decisions, for example spamming PK thunder (against a fox) and DJC'ing into an obvious spike fail when off the edgeblaze3927 said:
