Mad stoked, cannot wait to get back. If you are in the New Orleans area and you play melee you should hit me up so that I can play with people who aren't bad again. I'll be fairly busy during the day initially since I'll be trying to find a job/place to live, but if people are playing at dibbz in the evening or whatever definitely let me know. Ran, avery, and a few others in NO (and a bunch of BR people) all have my number, it hasn't changed since I used to live there.

Well, since the boards are back up, I'll just make this quick announcement:

Get Hype will be in Albany for this month at Chuck's Field of Dreams like it's been in the past. No, I won't be there. My co-TO's will be running this event. I'll will try to make the thread and facebook event by this weekend. Sorry all this is short notice.

Mark your calendars for October 26th (Saturday). Voodoo Smash on the Bayou is going to be here before you know it. It will be held at the Chinese Inn like it always has. For that, I will be there. Despite it being the "Brawl main event" I was thinking about raising the entry fee for melee and maybe 64 to $10 so those who play those games can go home with more money. If I don't get any response to this then I'll just keep the entry fees at $5 like usual, but if you BR guys who play Melee want to attend and win some more cash, let me know, if enough of you guys say yes to it, I'll do it. I'll be making the thread and facebook event for this soon as well. I'll make it immediately after I make the next Get Hype thread.

you shouldnt raise the prices. that will make attendance even lower. idk about for 64, but i know for sure melee.
