However, after next year I'll go wherever a good job takes me, and honestly Smash will probably influence where I decide to look for work... who knows I might be part of like.. That way there will be tons of playing for everyone

Looks good Art. Also if you can get 24 people then the byes in a 32-man bracket balance out. If you can't though just do elimination pools to get it down to a 16 man bracket.

I'd rather do teams, they're too much fun, we can fit in singles pools, then doubles bracket, then singles bracket, then crews. There'll be plently of time.
