I went back and looked at my calculation for Volibear(which where wrong) and compared them with the changes using the same build.
Before using 3 health quints:
Frenzy = 1267 damage
now using the health% runes and health per level 18 seals
Frenzy = 1193 damage
getting 9% health from the rune helps a lot, but it sucks that you have to use all of your rune to get anywhere near the old damage output. Those runes are probably going to be really good though.
