There was no avoiding it. Even if you do spell it with a lower case "c", your name was the first word in the sentence so the "c" would have been in upper case regardless.

what is the best/easiest way to obtain this xenoblade game you speak of? i am highly interested.. (my wii is not hacked though ) !

You have 4 options:
1. Hack your Wii and "acquire" any version of Xenoblade (PAL for English)
2. Import a PAL Wii and Xenoblade
3. Import the Japanese version of Xenoblade (I believe it works on an NTSC Wii, but it'll all be in Japanese obviously)
4. Dolphin. I can help you with this since it requires some setup and I've spent a lot of time fiddling with the setting to get it running well, but you'll have to either import Xenoblade or "acquire" it in some other way, and you'll need a pretty good computer to run it.

I used option #4 because I have a pretty good computer and with Dolphin you can play it in HD (and Xenoblade is a fantastic looking game). You would have to be willing to put up with occasional slowdown and sound crackling though.
And when I say "acquire," I don't necessarily mean purchase. I didn't buy it, though I intend to in the future. Right now the cheapest you can import a PAL copy for is about $70.
Dolphin is free, but hacking your Wii is pretty cheap (you just need an SD card 2 GB or smaller).

I actually just hacked my wii earlier, (was a bit annoying) so i'll see about obtaining the game next!

Names Vanguard, but my parents insist on calling me Aaron. I go to school at McDaniel college and when I heard the Legion is housed in Westminster I was overjoyed. For too long
I have been the best smasher in a school bereft of competitive players.
May I play with the Legion, oh pretty please?
I am kind and usually come bearing gifts.
In all seriousness though, I've been a competitive gamer for quite some time, but theres no community nearly as fun as the smash community. I always considered myself more of a proxy to it, because I never owned a gamecube; but because of friends and also Project:M, I have renewed enthusiasm and am starting to meet more people from the MD/VA area. Like today at Xanadu.
I typically lean toward games with higher difficulty and an emphasis on player skill. Outside of gaming I like to compose music and play the piano/keys. I'm a Network Engineer for an IT Solutions Group, Mosaic, and have a well rounded computer science background. I'm studying Philosophy and Business at school, and have a passion for most of the sciences, especially physics.
I hope we can play smash together!

i straight fucked some people at bmore today, i'm kinda sad i didn't see any of you MD guys there. i thought i was going to be rusty at melee but i guess project m is still really good practice for the other game cause so much stuff transfers.
zelda felt like a low tier though. that made me sad.
At Xanadu today? I was there with by buddy SOJ. I played a lot of Lucario matches on P:M. Played Hat and JCaesar a bunch, and in Melee got stomped by Boss. Made some headway on Husband and Wife though. I left at 430, did I meet you?

probably not, i left by 330. i played with my old PA friends, mostly cactuar and m2k. if you got styled on hard and don't know the player, it was probably me. i didn't play many people though.
You're right, I don't think we met. I only played melee from 1140 to noon something. I got in friendlies with the newly weds and did teams brackets, which we lost to boss, then eventually lost to some other names i don't know. Rest of the time was spent talking to JCaesar. My buddy and I like Proj:M a lot, so we invested our time there from 1230-430.

Thanks Neko! I actually wasn't happy with my performance at Xanadu. It was my first real tourny for smash, and I was distracted. Meeting pros, seeing all the new project:m stuff. I was forgetting lucario's new down-b a lot. Usually my play style has some more refinement.

SOJ here. Long-time smahboards lurker. Just went to Xanadu with that kid Vanguard and I'm excited to hop back into the community. All of your faces seem quite lovely. I play a lot with the bros I met in highchool, but we've ventured out to countless fests and a few tourneys in the MD/VA area over the years (mostly sypherpheonix's house). I have a nice handle on the top tiers from melee and some others like falcon, fox, ganon, marth. Been playing P:M almost a year now and I am far too hyped for this video game.

I think it's fair to say that everyone in this crew is always excited to meet and play with new players. Stay active and I'm sure you'll meet everyone sooner or later. There's random get-togethers all the time.

My term papers should be done by Wednesday so I should be available. Soj lives 45 minutes away back in moco though so I dunno about him. Just as well that there's nothing the next two weekends. Ill have exams and then head home until newyears. So yea it would be real fun to smash before the holidays happen.
