You don't need to put down the snacks; You need to lower your carb intake, and increase your fat/protein levels. If you plan on eating any complex carbs whatsoever, ONLY do it immediately after a hard workout to repair your muscles.I'm not doing this just for weight - I'm trying to increase overall metabolism, muscle strength, and get back into the routine I had when I played soccer in high school. I hate cardio, but I need to do it. I like how I feel after workouts - tired but accomplished <3
Plus summer means swimsuits, and swimsuits means I need to have a beach bod. :3 bahaha
Calorie counting is mostly to scare me from eating like a typical college kid
