I'm going to try and have this moved back out of the social room.

Back to business, people are anxious about the next update, but how many people think we should wait until after Mikey's to do a big update? Or should we update asap? If we did it at mikey's, post singles we'd be able to pretty much do the pr discussion in person, and I'd have the update ready upon returning home (assuming all the panelists attend).

I want to get a feel of what people think would work better.

i personally think after mickeys would do best because of the larger scale attendance. plus there was no ambrose/jl/kingace at pownz which are the top pr players and panalists

after mikey's nate, after reading your post i remember how **** quickly a PR was made in person (way back at Jaimie's in one of the SBaNs long ago, **** a year, lol) and how it continued that way everytime everyone was there in person. If you try to chase everyone around on msn, this update will probably happen the day before the tourney, lol.

But, if even one panelist isn't going, might as well, chase the panelists now.

Oh, btw, Chaotic just told me he is probably attending mikey's next week, LOL. A slap in the face for panelists.

i say since you already have the lists done,do the update so that people know where they stand and if they need to step it up for mikeys,but make a new and better update once mikeys is done....just a thought to throw out there

I think it should be updated before mikeys too. The more we hold out the more of a reason to stay in social this thread gains. More frequent updates give a higher sense of competition and importance.

...And I'm impatient LOL.

Doesnt it say in the rules of the social room that the Canada room is for tourny, smashfest and pr discussion, and that the social room is for like everything else. Since when was this not a pr?

Alright, I'm going to get these done as soon as possible, and will begin bothering all the panelists more haha. As for the lists themselves I only have 2 out of 5 in, and one of them is mine haha.

As for the social move subject, I'm talking to Landy about it, I was also thinking about making a Gtan brawl general discussion thread, that way the amount of off topic posts in here gets dramatically lessened. Thoughts everyone?

GTAN sounds better than Southern Ontario. The less syllables the better, so make an acronym out of Southern Ontario if you can.

"GTAN" only makes it all the sweeter when someone from the 43000 population Chatham gets on the PR for your 5 million+ population region

Yeah, if its possible to get the PR done before Mickeys then all the better. One, you won't have people b*tching that the PR isn't updated, and 2, like Jarred said, it'll give people something to strive for when they go to Mickey's.

Might also give us a glimpse at how quickly things can change when tournies are so sparse y'know.

well it was at a tournement that i ahve vs'd ambrose and we had like 3 matches and i won like 2 of them so yeah i am not saying i better at all its juss that thats the only time we have faced plus we can always update the pr before and after juss try not to be lazy

I don't think the new PR's are being held up because of confusion about whether you're better than Ambrose or not...
