If everyone hosted one tournament a year, we would have SO MANY tournaments.

It's not that hard, and everyone can do it... anything is possible if people plan way in advance. With venue fees, nobody really had to make anything come out of their pockets, either...

Good news, though: next semester I can host more stuff. And next semester is soon. Woot.

Lol nt Ayaz. Its not even that some want to play Melee only. People don't show up anyways. I ALWAYS show up even if I just had work. The only one in the scene who plays ZERO Brawl is Will and I wouldn't even say hes really in the scene, he just shows up at Nikos every so often or comes to a Niagara tournament to hang out for a while.

People are just lazy, don't have a ride (laziness involved) or have other **** to do.

The people who want to play Melee over Brawl are actually the ones getting the most practice.

some of toronto were actually talking about hosting a tourney, but none of us have any ideas for a venue location, any ideas?

I don't know. I don't live in Toronto xD. Usually it involves looking and calling places for rates.

Ontario needs more TO.

I only play Brawl to spite Melee players.

Tell us more about the giant tourney you are planning to hold.

And where. tbh if this is gonna be as big as I think you want it to be, Toronto might be more convinient for people flying in.

Ill post the thread when I get the details underway. The venue is in Toronto, and it's about, 5 minutes from pearson.

I'm way ahead of you Anthony ;) Though I'm not releasing details until everything is sorted out.

I was actually just kidding, it's amazing how much people can rely on one person for every big thing to happen instead of taking the initiative themselves. I live an hour and a half away from Toronto and can easily find a venue for a big tournament. Someone else step up to the plate, I want to go to a tournament and be able to relax, and not be concerned about making everyone happy all day.

But I'm sure that Niko is gonna want a lot more time between an announcement and the actual date. Maybe this is gonna go down in the summer?

id love to step up to the plate and hold a tourny( maybe in the summer) but the thing is my priorities r too heavy right now to be concerned with TO'ing.

I would really like to talk to the group of panelists about a rearrangement of the administration of this PR. No one really cares to work on it by the looks of it, and Nate is in freakin Sask.

im with niko it would be nice if this was more regular because it seems people dont really care for it. BTW we NEED to have a 10PR 10 U and C or 15 PR 5 U and C this time around!!!!

ye he is, hes extremely notable for a high spot. maybe if he came to another big brawl tourney like prepare your self, that would confirm it. attendance is also a big factor on placing.
