The Gallows
Smash Rookie
It deals minor amounts of psychological damage, to be fair.

If you're trying to perfect pivot as Ganon, I wouldn't worry about it much unless you really like PP Ftilt. Ganon overall doesn't benefit as noticeably from this tech.Practicing my Perfect Pivoting right now, trying to git gud.
May also do some more runs of All-Star to try and get Wizard's Dropkick, since I already have the best custom for my other main.
I also main Zard, though, so trying to get myself good PPivoting will really help over in that side of things. If you're trying to perfect pivot as Ganon, I wouldn't worry about it much unless you really like PP Ftilt. Ganon overall doesn't benefit as noticeably from this tech.
Really ggs man! Your movement was insane, never seen PP used so effortlessly, and those strings especially the footstool ones were crazy and hype! I have not been destroyed like that since my first time playing Acid, you were crazy and I loved every minute of it despite getting completely bodied. Sorry for all those sds, I wouldn't have been so sloppy if I had caught you earlier lol, I was a bit embarrassed honestly. I haven't been scared to edge guard in a long time too, it almost always back fired lol,ggs to opana you have good reads
Dark Fists is honestly the best move Ganon has by such a wide margin that I sometimes worry people's opinions of Ganon will shift in the direction of Kong Cyclone. I don't play customs very often because none of my friends are into them and I'm in For Glory more than I should be, but I do love them, haha.I never got into customs in fear of that happening, I think I prefer default everything though.
It doesn't have the same "all-purpose application" as Kong Cyclone, but a combo-breaking kill move means that NOBODY can attack your shield or even hit you in the air safely without risk of death at 50% (with rage). It's a very big deal, haha. I just think since it's reactionary instead of versatile like Cyclone, it doesn't have the same level of exposure.I think Dark Fists is too slow or how I play tbh. DF can't be used nearly as much as Kyclone anyway.
Dark Fists does way more to fix Ganon's crap recovery than Dropkick, to be serious. You don't get people walltech punishing it and the armor frames if you know how to time them really force people to be careful edgeguarding you.i dunno dark fists is a fantastic move but i find wizard's drop kick to be the biggest game changer as it massively helps fix his crappy recovery.
Welcome to the boards, dude.Ganondorf is a beast watch him kick some butt here https://youtu.be/zItoqaIFs9c also some dabs
Good job man!Just got back from a regional... I think there were 40 entrants. I placed 2nd, and while my opponent in GF was really good, I definitely also didn't play well at all. I just had surgery Wednesday, so I have some johns haha. Really shouldn't have gone at all, but I was too excited to play good people to pass it up.
Hopefully, the best buff Ganon can get right now is a Sheik nerf.Does anyone know if there'll be a Balance Patch as well with 1.10?
Agreed. As I've mentioned before, I think Sheik is the only character who genuinely invalidates Ganon. A nerf on both her vanish and bouncing fish. Thanks to to bouncing fish, aside from the obviously unreasonable kill potential, it's impossible to catch Sheik in the air. You get one hit, then she can reset. Make her at least <more> gimpable, and nerf bouncing fish, at least how safe it is.Hopefully, the best buff Ganon can get right now is a Sheik nerf.
I personally vouch for Thinkaman's idea where Sheik can't charge needles normally but gets 1 needle each time she lands an attack. All Sheik actually needs is a needle nerf.
Everything else about her is actually fine, and, dare I say, doable for the Dorf.
It's her needles that give her the ability to mess with character and use her own style the way she chooses.
