We'll probably see it by the 7th, though, since 1:30 AM on the 8th in Japan is 12:30 PM EST (9:30 AM PST) on the 7th.
And I'm willing to bet subs will go up within a few hours of airing.

Anyone know of a notable group that said they'll be subbing Shana, though?

I really hope Doki isn't slow as hell with their Shana releases like they were with Mayo Chiki. I mean, they still haven't even released episode 12, and the show ended last week.
