You believe thatPeople actually expect me to buy this whishy washy stuff? All this faith nonsesnse? Let me fill you in on something since all this has blinded you all. Not everyone is ment to be happy. Every human being in the word right now can half faith and all this crap. Guess what. Not all of them are gonna come out good. This is not some perfect world where just having faith and believe in god is just gonna make things better. This isnt heaven or hell. Its a mixture of both.
I just doesn't work that way. And I come to realize after a long time of fighting and having this faith you speak of, that I am one of the people that just aint ment to be on good terms. I don't think that is something any so called bible can tell you.
I haven't. And it is like some twisted curse. Things can go good for a short period of time. Then some BS happens out of random. It's been long going for years. You believe that
I don't understand how you can complain if you don't even feel like you'll get anything good in life. Why even complain?
yea but i don't think it's always the same extremes and non changing. also there are times when extremes from the same person are conflicting.Actually, humans are more likely to have extremes instead of mediocrities when it comes to emotions.
Exactly, it's called FAITH for a reason. Then one's so called "faith" is mighty shallow. I'm with Illmatic on this, it's either one extreme or the other. If you hold a being in such high regard, he/she/it shouldn't be loved or worshiped conditionally. Just my opinion of course.
I'm currently Agnostic, undecided, etc.

I'd rather go with the latter of those two choices. And after today thinking on the train, I started to believe that. I even made a time line while bored at work from the age of 12 till now. All the good and bad that happen. And the percent factor. I wish I has a scanner. If you was to see this, you not believe it. I explain this in 2 ways. I am ether cursed (though I don't believe in curses too much) Or I am one of the most unluckiest people to walk this earth.
Don't put words in my mouth, i'm not saying that you have had minimal problems, however I do think that you can change these things for the better with more effort and more willingness to move away from where you aer.You must think I came to this conclusion based on a few minor events/causes. Nah man. And I know this will sound hard to believe but I was one of the people who had the most faith in this world. A drastic change is not that easy.
Not everyone is meant to be happy all the time, there are obviously ups and downs in everyone's lives, if your life was straight sadness you would be long gone and dead from depression or suicide. There has to have been some happy things in your life or people that keep you going. If you need someone to talk to, don't be afraid to reach out, regardless of who the person is. If jobs are a problem where you live, go somewhere else; these choices and decisions are in no way easy, however they can be done and can change your life. Also if you think tis is not true, that not everyone is ment to be happy and all, I wanna see you prove me wrong. Noting in the bible or any book can state other wise.
i'm all for helping dark pch out, but this is what i was getting atAlthough I will say that religious talk should probably be kept minimal since it almost always results in horrible debates and flaming.
I'm all for people supporting each other but when someone comes on here and like 90%+ of their posts are *****ing and moaning about how horrible their life is, it becomes an eye sore and they should either blog about it or get some actual help. This thread is for everyone. If anyone feels tired of Dark's responses/whatever, just skip over them. If people want/need support for something stressful in life, they should be able to express their frustrations here with (hopefully) getting support from others. I mean, this IS a social thread and all. There will be some points where people will post here for positive support through a rough time in their life. I know I wouldn't want to be told to just go somewhere else when I'm going through a rough time.
@everyone btw, no one specific.
Just hang in there, Dark. Time usually fixes everything.

Very good post. So good that I unblocked you for it.Whether god exists or not, we humans can not deny we have our own free will. We are able to change and affect our own lives to a very strong degree.
Dark.Pch, you can either mope around crying in a corner about how much your depressing life sucks. Or you can stand up, grow a pair of balls, and kick your life in the ****ing face and fight with all your heart for a better life.
Religious talk goes bad cause people get butt hurt too much about them around here. I don't believe in god. I use too. I don't think that should piss anyone off nor let them think other wise. Everyone has a different experience. No if I was to get judged, hate on or w/e cause of what I believe then let it rock. Its one of the many reasons I dislike people. I not think there was a rule on this matter around here. The Zelda boards had this topic go on once and it went fine, everyone was mature and respect their opinions. I don't see why people here can't do the say. This thread is for everyone. If anyone feels tired of Dark's responses/whatever, just skip over them. My thing is I am not gonna be all hopeful and all that when things just go bad all the time. I rather expect and be ready for it. That way it won't bug me as much as me thinking things will go well then some crazy **** happens.Believe it or not, this happens to everyone.
I'd rather go with the latter of those two choices.

I can't ask one to respect your question when you wont respect their opinion.Dark Pch, I wasn't saying for you not to talk about it, I was just asking that you did not.
You don't have to respect my request, go ahead and talk about God however you want.
It is impossible to fully respect somebody's opinion when you have so much passion in the opposite. I personally find it difficult to respect religion at all, but I can at least try and respect the person even if I find it impossible to respect their beliefs.I can't ask one to respect your question when you wont respect their opinion.
So I am in the wrong for not believeing in god and I'' feeling upset or w/e? So he gets to say what he wants on the matter and I don't cause he believes in god....am I getting this right? If so, dude, that is pretty lame.It is impossible to fully respect somebody's opinion when you have so much passion in the opposite. Respect Ill and don't discuss religion here, hotty.

Not at all. I know people treat the discussion of religion as taboo, but it definitely shouldn't be. Its fine to discuss as long as people dont get worked up.So I am in the wrong for not believeing in god and I'' feeling upset or w/e? Makes no sense to me why it be taboo. Which is why I say people are stupid and can't think for themsevles. They always wanna go by the book. Like they have too. Though I think in some places they kill you for that? Or you are disbanned. Something along those lines. Not at all. determinism says "hi"Whether god exists or not, we humans can not deny we have our own free will. We are able to change and affect our own lives to a very strong degree.
Yeah me. I'm getting first in everything.
On another note, there might be a special guest at pound 2morrow from what I heard.
