Friendly the best people you can find (people like Meek, Anti, Salem, and so on - there are a healthy number of good players who will get some games in with you if you just ask). People around your level are good too, especially when trying to gauge any improvements you've made. Illmatic might disagree with me on this (or maybe not?) but I tend to avoid those IkeMaster25s and LinkBoy6689s when it comes to practice. Save those for ladder record inflation if you're into that sort of thing lol.

Don't see what's ew about KoF. I don't play it myself, but I can respect the game. It's a real and honest fighter. Very execution heavy and a lot of hype. I watched it at CEO2012 myself, that community is shows a lot of support for its game. I would play it if it was more accessible and I wasn't already juggling other fighters.

I also don't get why people seem put off by KoF. It's an extremely solid series that's been around for a long time. Not only that it was the first successful crossover fighting franchise.

I was playing Super Mario Galaxy 2 the other day, and I was thinking where does peach go and what does she do during the time Bowser has stolen her and Mario is no where to be seen? The ending at SMG2 is she pops out of the same little black hole that bowser was in and stuff.
