I need a new anime to watch. Preferably action or comedy themed. Suggestions plz.

Anything that is widely popular..90% chance I've seen and completed it.

You've already finished Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt? :V

Well, I happen to watch some rather obscure stuff.
Try uhh... Eve no Jikan, Summer Wars, 2x2=Shinobuden, Grenadier, Pale Cocoon, Hale+Guu, Nabari no Ou, Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo, and Mudazumo Naki Keikaku: The Legend of Koizumi.

Never got into Hellsing actually. One of the few well known series I just didn't watch yet.

And Tony I am watching Eve no Jikan..very interesting. Too bad its such a short series.

Yeah, I recommended a bunch of movies and short series. Nabari no Ou is the most normally sized. Also, I forgot to list Pandora Hearts and Mushishi.

I am strongly considering including Brawl at Good **** Stratford, the 3/19 tourney in Ann Arbor, to upgrade it into a regional Brawl + Melee event. Brawl would be played in the room adjacent to the Melee venue at Mason Hall, with the two closest doors kept open at all times to ensure communication for players entering both games. I want to know what MI thinks about this, and if it's all good, I want an all star cast of Brawl TOs. WTP, Roller, Tutu, Tech Chase, Ori? Anyone else want to step up and run things that day? We can discuss compensation for TO duties at a later time.

Ga Rei Zero, Mai Hime, Bokurano, Tower of Druaga, are the ones from the top of my recommendations that fit "action/comedy" and I don't think are super popular

GO PACKERS INDEED!

And a brawl/melee regional would be sexy! We'll need to get the details sorted out and an OP for it up pretty fast though. Usually best to get those up as far ahead of time as possible.

And, yeah, I'd definitely be willing to help out with TOing, especially if I had 3-4 other guys working with me. It's POSSIBLE Brawl could need 2 rooms though. SiiS4, the last MW:E regional for brawl had 3 rooms. (though 1 only had 2-3 setups.) And one of the rooms was pretty huge.

TOing that by yourself depending on turnout could be tough...

And I am not expecting a SiiS4 turnout. Notice I said they had 3 rooms, one being huge. And I said we may need 2 (normal sized) rooms. Don't think that's too unrealistic of a figure. But I'm assuming rooms can be reserved pretty close to the date, so we can wait and see what interest level looks like before getting another room.

But again, I'd get on the OP asap. Especially since you already know the venue and date.

I'll be a full T.O. also. I'd be more than happy to help.

I don't think Brawl would need yet another room as long as we consolidate equipment from the Melee room. I'm looking at Room 1427 for Melee and Room 1401 for Brawl, which are both the same size. 1427 easily held 48 entrants at SWEET 3, probably around 55 people if you count spectators. We just need to move some of the tables to 1401. It would help reduce the clutter in the Melee room and provide solid ground for TVs in the Brawl room.

Another midwest tourney was just announced on this day at Purdue Juggle, I reeeeally think you should get the OP up before other states start committing to that one.

Hmmm, perhaps. I wasn't really planning for the Brawl tourney to reach regional size by itself, only for the Melee + Brawl combo to do that. In any case, Purdue will attract the Illinois players, but they can't compete with Ann Arbor for the Ohio players, who (as far as I know) have made the biggest OoS presence at past MI Brawl tourneys.

You should probably ask Ohio if they would be interested in coming first just to be sure.

Tell them I can house some people again.

Or I can just do it myself. I like Ohio.

I would offer to house, except I'm in a single without much space. I could probably squeeze 2 guys who don't mind sleeping on the floor in...

But that wouldn't be enough for an OH car. Maybe if L cancel comes or something I could help him out.

Being one block from the venue makes me feel obligated to do something.

Haha, I guess you can start by not assuming that I'm just throwing out my dsmash as a crutch. The other thing is to avoid being easily read or manipulated, 'cause a lot of Peach's stuff against top tiers involves getting the other player to overcommit.
