EDIT: I've gotten some responses from other mods/admin, and I'm sorry: these tournaments have to stay community-only. If they're going to be open to people outside of the Pikas, they have to be moved to OTL.

Good question. Technically Ness is mid tier now.

These are the low tiers according to the official tier list:
Lucas, Ike, Yoshi, Mario, Falcon, Samus, Jiggs, Zelda, Link, Ganon

Although it says Ness and Bowser can be considered low tier still. I guess it's up to Prime.
