I just don't think it's fair to give someone a spot based on speculation that they are still better than the other people vying for this list. I think it's only fair that they have to come to tournament and prove it like the rest of us. We can't have someone on the PR whose spot is untouchable because they won't come and play. I have to say though, more tournaments would really help to separate the seriously inactive from the people that have only missed a couple of tournaments.

I'm kind of curious now the exact tallying method you used though. How many points was an OOS win, a PR win, etc?

did a win loss ratio in caculations for those who weren't top 4
PR Bottom 5: 3
PR Top 5: 4
1st: 7pts
2nd: 6pts
3rd: 5pts
4th: 4pts
5th: 3pts
7th: 2 pts
9th: (Varied on turnout) 1pt
Amounts of Tournaments Visited= Deciding factors in some ties

On subject:

Here is another issue. GA/NC the other active states in the Atl South's PRs though tourney based, are influenced more on panel opinions on the individually ranked. It appears as if Florida does theres from PR wins/losses. They also have more tournaments, making their data more accurate.

I'll discuss this top 10 with Reflex, Billy, Elev8.

Though we have enough to respectfully make it top 8. xD top 5 has been favored upon by uhhhh a few posters in this thread.

Anyway we've finalized the list, 3/4 agreed on making it top 8 instead of top 10/5. Thus I'm making it top 8.

Looks pretty accurate to me. I think the points system made it almost painless to update. Now all we need it more tournaments.
