I decided to go through the administration office in order to reserve the basement for the 10th. They have some paperwork that they want me to fill out, but otherwise the date seems clear. I don't think we'll get kicked out if we specify a time during which the room will be in our use.

Yeah, I couldn't have actually done that myself, it's Chival's building. The past few times what's happened is we've checked with the desk about the schedule of the basement. Depending on the building we're in, we've gone with not actually reserving it before, because the person the actualy application goes through is very anal, and would like more than 50% of the people in the basement to be from UMD. The people who actually work at the desks however, are my friends and give us the key/let us do our thing anyways. Providing there isn't a class scheduled or something, which Chival checked for.
