It seems everyone can double-jump now and can airdash/retreat. Ryu is looking solid (which a first from many a Vs. game) and can do TWO hadoukens consecutively!

No Mega Man? Isn't he, like, Capcom's mascot? Isn't that like Smash Bros. without Mario? And with Mega Man 9 coming soon, it seems like a great domestic marketing maneuver to me.

One, not all characters are confirmed.

Two, many of the Capcom crossovers don't have Megaman. I wouldn't doubt him here, though.

^I wouldn't bet on it, as if the guy doesn't know what he's talking about. The license contracts for the marvel characters for making video games are owned by different companies so unless breaching occurs, it wouldn't be a good idea.

As for the link that EPF posted, I doubt we'll get another MvC anytime soon. Shame too, there are so many unused characters on both sides that need to be in (I want my Dante and Daredevil team, dammit).

Wait a second, I just remembered something. Marvel stopped working with EA, but they wish to continue fighting games with Marvel characters. This does raise hopes for Marvel vs. Capcom 3 a little bit, but they are still pretty close with Activision. We'll just have to wait and see.

Fighting Front Line, an accurate source of fighting game release and port, stated that a Wii port is coming. Expect to have a PS2 port soon.

Also, according to CyberAkuma of SRK, an info he took from 2ch, during Super Battle Opera (Japan's EVO), a new promo vid was shown, and it featured Doronjo of Yatterman (although she could also represent either Time Bokan or the miniseries that her team started) and Rockman DASH.

Doronjo? Cool.

Megman Trigger? Not so much.

If any Legends character should be in, MvC 2 proved that Tron Bonne was the best bet, as she is the best character. Anyone want to bet than when you defeat Doronjo with a fireball or explosion type move, or if time runs out and she loses, her clothes explode off like in the show?

What's with all of the cold reception for Megaman Trigger in T vs C? 0_o He's not quite classic Megaman, but I'd be excited if he truly was in the game. Very excited in fact! As one of my top favorite characters in the Megaman universe, it would be awesome for me to have Trigger in another game.

Trigger is okay, but it feels akward to have Legends, of all things representing the megaman universe again (last time was in Namco x Capcom). I mean, it only has 3 games under it's belt, out of classic's 9(not counting spinoffs) and X's 8. Plus, it seems akward that they changed it to trigger, considering classic was in the last 2 MvCs. They should have just kept it as Megaman/Roll and Tronne Bonne/Servbot like last time....

I can at least hope classic is an unlockable character/costume, but I'm not getting my hopes up. I'll miss the Rush Drill ;_;

Well, Inafune does have a type of fondness for the DASH series, so maybe he's giving Megaman Trigger this exosure because he can't quite get that 15 million he wants for DASH 3. And maybe he wants to hype more interest for the DASH series as well.

Tron is almost a certainty. Can anyone name a game with Megaman Trigger that didn't have Tron? It kind of makes me wonder if Roll will be a fully playable character on her own or just kinda support Trigger from the sidelines.
