BTW RK joker by doing that, you pretty much violated the few rules i have in place for this thread. mentioning that you think kirby should be below oli, while voting him up in order to counter asdioh's vote shows to me that you vote was not reflective of the current list.

Since we are up to 4.0, its time to try and make the first actual list. For THIS UPDATE ONLY, I want people to vote where they think tier divisions should be made. Using the current list, simply state where you think divisions should be made above the ranks. I will average out everyones opinions by noting which characaters have a dividing line drawn between them more often, and the average number of tiers suggested by all votes.

As an example, this is my opinion

MK
Snake -> Falco
Diddy -> Kirby
Lucario -> Luigi
Wolf -> Bowser
Ike -> Lucas
Link -> Falcon

The order within tiers will be limited to placings in ranks. tiers will often have 2 separate ranks. as an example, while my Diddy -> kirby tier has 3 different ranks within it, the tier would look like this

C tier:
Diddy marth olimar
IC's
Pikachu Rob Kirby

Once that is complete, we can vote on the ranks within tiers
