Heavy's Special Moves
Standard SpecialNastacha
A tried-and-true primary for the Heavy. For this, the Heavy will enter a stance where he's winding up the minigun, which he can cancel out of by tapping B. When pressing Shield, Heavy will instead fire a stream of bullets from his minigun, which can be angled upwards or downwards to 45 degrees either way. Each bullet deals 1.5% each...but the minigun fires 10 bullets a second, a smidge faster than Bayonetta's Bullet Arts. If firing while a foe is touching the spinning barrels, they will also take flinching damage.
Side SpecialKilling Boxing Gloves
Heavy will wind up and throw a large uppercut into the air, dealing 17% damage and heavy upwards knockback. Due to Heavy's gorilla-like arms, he can use this as a frightening anti-air.
Up SpecialÜbercharge
Similarly to Demoman's sword charge, Heavy will run at a fast rate while shoulder bashing. However, the charge will be tilted upwards and Heavy will have red glowing aura surrounding him.
Down SpecialTeam Swap
This move is mapped to every class. Upon input, it summons a teleporter mechanism which instantly swaps out that character.
Shield SpecialSandvich
Heavy will take out a Sandvich and perform a 1-second uncancelable animation to take a bite from it and heal himself for 20% damage. The input alone puts the Sandvich into a 30-second cooldown, so there's an opportunity to attack him before he gets the heal in.
Final SmashFinish the Payload
A large bomb cart appears in front of Team Fortress, each playable member having a unique voice line (Scout: "Mush, you lazy bums!" Heavy: "We must all push!" Soldier: "Push like you mean it!"), and all three members push it forwards, knocking everyone the cart hits upwards. A new cutscenes occurs: the fighters land in front of the remaining members of Team Fortress (Pyro, Demoman, Engineer, Spy, Medic and Sniper). Medic activates the UberCharge of a modified Kritzkrieg to bolster the remaining five, who unload their signature weapons onto the fighters before Demoman fires a pipebomb that sends them flying into a large pit...just as Scout, He at and Soldier reach the final terminus with the payload. The bomb promptly explodes before knocking the caught foe's away.

Scouts's Special Moves
Standard SpecialForce-a-Nature
Scout fires a shot that is similar to the Soldier's Shotgun but, instead, causes Scout to be launched the opposite direction of firing which can be used for things such as spacing. It has less damage output compared to Soldier's.
Side SpecialSandman
A chargeable attack that has extremely high launching power when fully charged but it has extremely short reach. It can reflect projectiles back when timed well with a 2.2x modifier.
Up SpecialDouble Jump
While technically a "third" jump, it will propel Scout even higher up. When combined with Force-a-Nature; it gives Scout a plethora of aerial options.
Down SpecialTeam Swap
This move is mapped to every class. Upon input, it summons a teleporter mechanism which instantly swaps out that character.
Shield SpecialBONK! Atomic Punch
Scout takes a large swig of Bonk, temporarily nullifying all damage but cutting off access to his Specials and debuffing his attack output to 0.8x. While Scout can't take damage he can still take knockback in this form. After 8 seconds in this form, Scout must wait 30 seconds before he can use it again.
Final SmashFinish the Payload
A large bomb cart appears in front of Team Fortress, each playable member having a unique voice line (Scout: "Mush, you lazy bums!" Heavy: "We must all push!" Scouts's Special Moves
Standard SpecialRocket Launcher
Soldier grabs his Rocket Launcher and shoots a missile forward. If the Soldier blasts his rocket launcher too close to himself, he will receive 15% damage.
Side SpecialShotgun
Soldier quickly pulls out his Shotgun and shoots quickly from his shotgun. It has high launching power and has a wider range which spreads forward vertically as it travels forward. It deals more damage and knockback the closer it is to the opponent.
Up SpecialRocket Jump
Soldier will aim downwards at an angle and fire a short-range rocket that explodes beneath his feet, dealing 4% recoil to him and sending him careening upwards. The rocket will deal 7% damage to enemies in the blast radius or 10% on a direct impact, with the latter being the better kill move. Pressing B again while Rocket Jumping will also result in Soldier deploying the B.A.S.E. Jumper, a parachute that has him floating downwards slowly similar to Peach's and Game & Watch's Up Specials.
Down SpecialTeam Swap
This move is mapped to every class. Upon input, it summons a teleporter mechanism which instantly swaps out that character.
Shield SpecialBuff Banner
Soldier will take out a bugle and blow into it hard, buffing himself and his allies to deal 1.3x damage for 10 seconds. After that, Soldier must deal 60% damage total to recharge a "Rage" meter that fills up.
Final SmashFinish the Payload
A large bomb cart appears in front of Team Fortress, each playable member having a unique voice line (Scout: "Mush, you lazy bums!" Heavy: "We must all push!" I don't have enough time to get our Nature Titan Job down but we will progress into....

Submit a Team Fortress 2-inspired Dungeon

This festival will also included inspired by Team Fortress 2 and one of it's popular locations. This dungeon does not include any new enemies. When submitting, please provide a basis of the dungeon and a clear idea on how the dungeon is styled.

We will be submitting a Nature/Spring-related Mii Costume that is a Smash original. Last time I tried this in the previous Festival, people were submitting fourth party content. This is not what this costume is for. It should be a Smash original but not based on other forms of media.

Venus,is for submit a TF2 Dungeon twice or once?,you writted to submit a Team Fortress Dungeon twice
Based on the description it looks like the 2nd job may be a Mii Costume job (Smash orginal/Spring themed/NOT 4th Party) with perhaps the title being an error. Not 100% sure, just an educated guess.

We will be doing the last our our Festival of Essence which featured tons of new content included a Team Fortress tie-in as well along with Nature related content..

We will be moving to the final jobs which is:

Submit Content for our Nature Titan

The Nature Titan utilizies both plants, earth, water, and wind in their abilities. Like in previous Titan battles, it is divided into three segments with various requirements to get into those segments.


Submit Nature Titan Moves
The Nature Titan has taken the entire island and subjugated each one into its four Elemental Thrones: wind, water, earth, and natural life. Each section, while it doesn't have a Dungeon, has an All-Star Battle-type game where players fight against the aforementioned Essence costumes which are natural energy formed in the shape of a character. Winning through these can get am Elemental Essence which, when used in other elemental areas, can unlock it and the chamber of the General. Nature is strong against Water, Water is strong against Earth, Earth is strong against Wind. and Wind is strong against Nature. By taking these affinities, you can then collect them and take them to their counter area to further unlock it by weakening that strong hold:

1) Defeat the Essences and collect their Essence Cores
2) Take the collected Essence Cores and use it to weaken each Elemental Throne
3) This is done by defeating the Essences while you HOLD the counter Essence Core. Each opponent per match uses up an elemental core
4) Each dungeon has randomized number of fighters (Between 5 to 10)
5) Running out of Essence Cores causes the All-Star to end
6) Defeating each one while holding the Essence Core and then defeating the Nature Titan "destroys" that Throne thus giving up Nature Essence.

Unlike in past ones, you don't need to repeat this process over and over again. Titan Phase requires the defeat of only one Nature General while the final one, Origin Phase, requires the final 2.

I know the list said a stage but we included a Nature-based stage in the previous Spring festival and we just had New London previously so, instead, we will be going with a Nature-based Assist Trophy. This can be either first or third party but must be from a series currently in Smash other than Spirits or Music so must have some affinity already. Please indicate how this Assist Trophy will function in the game.

Amingo as an assist trophy is he doing the special attacks from MvC2 who are Shout of The Wind and Joy of Green.

The Titan will wind up an earthy arm and with a hefty 40%-damage groundsmash that buries or spikes, morph the stage into a tree-covered mountain. These trees are platforms that make it easier for the player to reach the weakspot on the top of its head.The Nature Titan will perform an 18% tornado attack that has different effects based on the element used. The earth version grants the titan a temporary HP bar worth 50 points, the water version heals for the damage dealt, the wind version has a strong windbox that pushes players away and the life version has a 120%-threshold Instant KO threshold.The Nature Titan creates a large planetoid with its own field of gravity and orbit. Imagine the Mario Galaxy stage but localized to this one tiny detail. If the player touches the center during its 10-second-long creation, they'll take 17% damage and get spiked. All attacks from previous forms are completely influenced by this new planetoid within its 30-second lifetime.

Cagney Carnation

Cagney grows out of the ground with an evil screech before entering an idle animation similar to in his game. Cagney will then do the following:
  • Stuff his arms into the ground and create spiny vines that shoot upwards to the height equal to the topmost Battlefield platform. This deals 8% damage and medium-low knockback.
  • Cagney will morph his head into a crank-powered Gatling gun and fire a bunch of seeds that touch the stage. These seeds are weak, dealing 2% and flinching, but touching the ground grow into Toothy Terrors that will pursue enemy players for 5 seconds before vanishing. These Toothy Terrors will deal 14% damage and heavy knockback on hit.
  • Cagney will reel backwards before shooting his stretched face out in a 2/3-Battlefield attack.
  • Cagney will clap his hands together and release a leafy boomerang similar to Ivysaur's Side Special that has boomerang properties. Deals the same damage and knockback as Ivysaur's Side Special.

Finally finished my pitch for the rogue-like platformer.

The rogue-like 3D platformer is developed by Retro Studios, where you explore a large environment, defy tricky puzzles and obstacles, find a large variety of collectibles and fight against hordes of enemies, inspired by the Prince of Persia series and Psychonauts.

The plot takes place in a distant planet from ours, where our protagonist, Tekka, a young man who gets granted the magic ability to create temporary floaty platforms and an elastic scarf that can cling on to ropes and gears and can turn himself into a sword. During this platforming journey, Tekka must discover the secrets and fight the Amalgamations, a malicious force of nightmarish creatures spawned from a black hole that swears to assimilate and eventually destroy his home planet, Nechtopia.

The game's name is: Galac-Scape.

Sorry everyone. I was out for a bit as I was visiting family.

We will be moving to our new Festival which will be a rather short festival and will not feature a Titan. This festival will occur in late Spring around May where the Festival of Essence was March.

Festival of Gems

This Festival is a small festival that occurs within a few days time. It will include the following content:

  • New Stage
  • Stage Variations
  • New Pokemon
  • New Mii Costumes
  • New Festive Costumes
  • New Airship/Speeder
Festival of Gems causes the entire Smash Hub to have various crystals, gemstones, and mineral outcrops to poke up from the ground while giving a certain gleam to the entire area.

We will be running 3 concurrent jobs:

Submit a Stage

This stage should have an underground/cave type feeling with the use of gems, crystals, and what not within it. Due to having New London as a stage, we will only be accepting a stage that is from an IP repped by a character. Furthermore, new IPs that came into the fold (namely StarTropics) can't be submitted. The following information must be included:
  • Name
  • Series
  • Stage description
  • Layout and appearance
  • Stage gimmicks/hazards
  • Cameos
  • Omega/Battlefield layout
Submit a New Pokemon

This Pokemon, you guessed it, needs to be a Rock and/or Ground-type. We don't have many of these in the game so I feel this is an excellent time to include one. When submitting one, please provide the following:

  • Name and typing
  • Generation/Game
  • Attack Used
  • Attack description

Submit a Mii Costume

We will be adding costumes that incorporate a precious gem theme which will also be extended to our Festive Costumes. Precious gemstones includes things such as sapphires, rubies, jade, etc. We will also allow for Crystal. Here are a list of Gem Stones;

  • Diamond (
  • Ruby
  • Sapphire
  • Emerald
  • Amethyst
  • Garnet
  • Peridot
  • Jade
  • Aquamarine
  • Topaz
  • Quartz

Obviously it isn't only restricted to this list. The costume itself won't effect the appearance of the Mii overall, just adds a "jagged rock appearance" to the Mii's clothing is a way that was similar to Terastal in Pokemon and Prismastic subclass in Destiny 2.

Please submit the precious stone and what color it occupies.

Jewel Man's Stage

A jewel mine from Mega Man 9, This is a stage that has the same layout as two of the above image mirroring each other. Occasionally, from the sides of the stage, a minecart robot will roll across the stage throwing rocks from side to side. In the background, Jewel Man, the Robot Master of this stage, will make an appearance fighting either Mega Man or Proto Man depending on whether or not the former is selected for battle.

Garganacl (Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, Gen 9)

Garganacl will slowly walk around the stage with its arms raised. Once someone is in range, Garganacl will grab a foe and cover them in a layer of salt crystals with its signature move Salt Cure. While a fighter is being Salt Cured, they will take 2% damage periodically and the decay rate of their shields will be increased by 1.5x. If the afflicted fighter is under the effects of the Metal Box or is submerged in the water of certain stages, it will deal 4% damage periodically and increase shield decay to 2x the speed.

My Pokémon submission: Tyrantrum

Debuting in Gen 6, this Tyrannosaur is a Rock/Dragon type and would make a fun Pokéball Pokémon.
Its main attack is Rock Smash, a dangerous move that deals 50% damage to any opponents. This move injures the user in the main game, but should not be a problem for Tyrantrum here.
