Ricco Harbor was a great tune back when I played Super Mario Sunshine. (I actually enjoyed the game and didn't think anything bad about it. It was GREAT!) It still is and grants me nostalgia of the game's most memorable moments.

Then there's Charge... I don't know anything about WiiPlay and I personally think that this song isn't very befitting of the Pictochat. So, obviously, my vote is on Ricco Harbor.
