Do you guys think TOing counts as leadership experience when you're doing a job interview? I have a feeling lawyers might hear about it and be like wtf, we don't want someone who wastes all their time playing vidya games, but on the other hand I feel like all the things that go into organizing and running a tournament demonstrate initiative and resource allocation. But then I go back and remember that old people are ******** and biased. So idk.

@Ripple: Well, I'm doing something the 13th and the 22nd. If it's a date other than those, and other people from St. Louis want to go, then I might. But to be honest I don't think that many people will want to unless there are gonna be some people there that we never get to see.

Cook, I would not bring up hosting video game tournaments at a job interview. Unless your boss is like ZOMFG I LOVE GAYMEZ it's probably just going to get you weird looks / make you seem unprofessional / inexperienced.

Seconded. Worse than horrible. Siis3 was the worst experience of my entire time in the Smash community. Granted, the tournament itself was fun and so were most of the people, but towards the end / after... oh my god... just... ugh... I'd rather not even think about it.

However, I will be playing...Seagull Man, a top 5 Wolf in the nation in Maryland, #1. Kadaj and #2. stingers from North Carolina in Brawl and some scrub with a penis reference in his name, Dr. PeePants or something, I dunno, he plays Falco(n?), never heard of him. :ledge:
