Hey guys, A.R.K. III (NOW featuring Justin Wong, Fubarduck, Lil Majin, and many more great players!) is coming up THIS SATURDAY in Conway, AR! We are expecting at least ~150 people with games such as Melee, Brawl, Project: M, SSF4, BB:CS, Tekken 6, Arcana Heart 3, Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, and more! Players are coming in from at least California, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Arkansas!

Note that our tournament is now sponsored by Game On Apparel, Shadaloo.eu, Borderland Games, Broken Tier, and the Bat Cave, which will each be providing additional prizes and bonus pots for our tournaments. Also, well-known regional modder DaRabidDuckie will be on hand to provide dual mods (PS3 <-> 360) for fight sticks.

If you have ANY questions, please post on here or on the official tournament thread here: http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=298654. Please try to make it and show your support not only for us, but for the Regional Smash community as a whole. Thanks guys!

Guys, check out the stage control in these matches. I've been analyzing it really closely, and I think, on paper at least, it has really helped me:

Also, we got planked in basketball tonight...2 and a half minutes (there is no shot clock). Oh well, I guess it's a legitimate strategy. We just didn't have a defensive plan to deal with it and lost by 3 because of it.

It's too bad link and kirby aren't in my top 10, or else I'd be analyzing them too. I'll have to stick with my falco ricochet. AEH!

Basketball, they kept the ball the final 2 and a half minutes? Were you guys fouling? That's how you stop the clock and get the ball back. It sucks they get free attempts at points, but it's what you gotta do.

and at BPX, Zozefup might be coming to this tournament and he'll probably need a teammate. I'll tell him about you once I can get a hold of him.

Ryan Franklin can blow me just like he blew that save. Holy ****, how hard is it to not throw the ball right down the middle?

New Protest the Hero is awesome-sauce :D

Protest the Hero - Tongue-Splitter

I gotta get back to who i was before my last ten years on auto-pilot
It's the mask that quite often starts to eat into your face
So wear it lightly like a cap that can quickly be replaced

I gotta get back to who i was before my last ten years on auto-pilot

So tell me again how my life should have been before i was spineless
before i gave in
because everybody thinks it's timeless... Well time's running out
One thing i'll never regret is i never shed my face

PTH!

I remember back when I first made a trip to StL, I rode with Will to some random tournament. I found out he liked Protest the Hero..

We've been married ever since.

<3 Jammed to music. Talked about religion, affairs of state, minorities, etc.

One of those good father-son bonding experiences.

Todd, the well from which you may experience my taste in music is as deep as it is delicious.

I like a little ProTHero to add a certain 'pizazz' to the water flowing from my music water spout.
