Just to give my thoughts on the Byleth discussion earlier: Everyone's got different tastes, but I don't think it's good to focus on something if it makes you feel really negative or upset. I think people who dislike any Smash character are obviously alright to do so because hey, it's just an opinion on a video game character, it ain't a big deal. However, I do think that discourse on characters in Smash has a nasty habit of getting really heated for some reason, and I think it's important at the end of the day to be respectful of each others views on characters.

Whenenever I backspace the last letter of a word, it jumps instantly to the next word before it instead of simply a space between them, is this intentional? It is sometimes easy to think about the bad things and stuff wrong with countries and politics and bad people etc., but remember there’s a of good people and stuff in life too, so no need to focus on the bad things and turn into a grumpy doomer/constant grouch and be sad all the time, at the end of the day it doesn’t matter too much as long as you and those you love/care about are livin’ happy and doin’ good.

I’ve kinda had a bit of a problem with political/bad stuff stress myself despite heavily disliking politics and not caring about it in the past, but at the end of the day I’m just one person and I gotta realize it may matter some but not all that much, depending on how you view the world and your own beliefs and stuff I guess idk. Just gotta let it all be and hope for the best; maybe things will change, maybe they won’t, but as long as you, those you love, and others you may care about to some degree are safe, happy and doin’ good then who cares.

Why does everything have to suck? A majority of the news is always negative news. ;-;

I wish more people were aware of the atrocities that governments in the world have commited.

I feel the news is that way because it gets them more attention. Same reason why some bad stuff goes ignored (and good stuff too) and people don’t realize it exists too, because it’s either not as relevant to what people are going on about and they won’t get as many views or, well, can’t think of another possible reason tbh, I think that’s the main one unless they just suck at finding and reporting more stuff.

Unless the news becomes 100% for the people, maybe, there’s still gonna be a lot of people who are unaware about stuff, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing depending on how you look at it. Maybe in some situations, though, idk.

I don't get why you would care either way. Anytime you bring up Pokemon, it's either criticizing what it is or just flat out hating it.

I get so bitter about Pokémon because I love the Pokémon designs and world ant the lore. It really scratches that Ben 10 itch of wanting to learn about all these creatures. I just don’t like every Pokémon, think Galar had quite a few stinkers, and wish they had way more sexual dimorphism.

I also wish the prioritized story a little more... a lot more... but Pokémon is t going to get a Persona/Final Fantasy Level narrative any time soon so “shrugs”. Really wish there was a Persona game on Switch... anyway.

I actually had a lot of fun with Shield. I love my team, even if I wish we could have more Pokémon then just the six follow you around and be in camps and live in your house as long as they aren’t battling. My beloved Sylveon should not have to live in a box just because my Rapid Strike Style Urshifu gives the team better type coverage. And I do look forward to doing the crown tundra (even if they could have really easily made the Isle of Armor have routes, I can see it in the design, you progress through it in a pretty linear way just line everything up and bar me from going too far before I’ve leveled up, but whatever, getting sidetracked). I ***** about it because I want to see it improve. Even if my idea of improving it would be ruining it for a lot of others. But oh well.

For example, FP1 has Joker from a M rated game. Around when we get the Assasians creed costume, this change at ERSB occurred. Which is why it is called Altair in the American regions. Same rule affected Vault Boy rather then it being X Fallout like the other versions.

Now how is that relevant? Well because Joker is on pass 1, Nintendo had to remove all logos from the FP in American regions, but other regions let them.

This same affect is now happening to the Second pass and like FP1 the pass now has a E-10 to T rating irc( if not there is something like this that changed because of Joker in the first pass).

So logically speaking, this implies the pass had its rating altered because a M rated character is on the pass. My bets on Master Chief and as weird as this theory is it actually makes a lot of sense.

Yeah that’s true, but I guess we shouldn’t worry about it much. Idk how to do it, besides correct misinfo, but I don’t know everything either of course so shrug plus a big amount of people are toxic over political stuff even if you try to be respectful etc., so idk.

I do wish people would at least take the time to research the running candidates and other stuff (including countries) instead of acting like they and the government are perfect and whatever, not keeping an open mind regarding this stuff, turning them into these big celebrities/idols; though, I don’t really come across people like that much, I guess it just feels like people are like that for some reason since there is a bunch of toxicity regarding politics and sides and stuff it seems. Part of why I don’t like it and usually avoid it, but I know there’s a lot of good folks actively discussing it as well, and I just wanted to offer my own thoughts and try giving some positive words.

And, well, I don’t really know what else to say. I’m gettin’ a bit anxious about discussing politics in here tbh. I hope what I said sounded alright and positive, and I hope you’re able to do good with whatever political things you take part in and not get too down about stuff.

I’ll just quote what I said in the Geno thread (maybe ignore the middle paragraph, it was regarding something PapaGenos brought up in his video):

imo while M Theory could certainly turn out true due to the ESRB and Nintendo being weird, I think FP2 has no logos simply due to consistency in design etc., since it’d look strange to do that to FP1 but not FP2 - the same reason they removed all logos from FP1 instead of just Persona’s. Also since they could show them side-by-side in ads and stuff.

The other countries not removing the logos, and therefor not being consistent, is a weird counterpoint to me, not making much sense. It was already established they didn’t do anything to the logos since their rating boards don’t seem to care, and so they don’t need to do anything to FP2 either. NoA’s video is targeted to North America’s countries specifically, not the other countries, even if some people from the other countries watch NoA’s video anyway since their account is the main English one.

We could certainly get a rated M character like Master Chief or Doomguy, but still, this theory just feels kinda meh since they could just as easily be removing the logos for the reasons I explained above whether FP2 has a rated M character or not.

The most glowing thing I can usually say about a Smash theory is it's not completely ridiculous. And M theory isn't completely ridiculous.

But the chances of getting another M-rated character were always pretty decent anyway.

I don’t think I ever really stated my thoughts on Byleth, so I may as well now.

While another FE character wasn‘t exactly my most wanted, I really enjoy Byleth. They have a rather unique play style compared to other FE characters, which I appreciate. The stage and music they came with too is also great. While I wouldn’t want another FE rep after this, I’m fine getting another. A new fighter is a new fighter, I’ll enjoy it nonetheless.

I got my Ko-Fi account set up. So now it's just setting up prices. I've got them roughed out, but I might have to adjust a few things here and there. Comissions aren't open juuuuust yet, but whatever, they will be soon.

The tricky part is making sure I'm not underselling or overselling. But I think 10 bucks for a head sketch/bust shot is a pretty good minimum for my current skill level.

Maybe it's me, but the way her body is facing make her head looking behind her a bit off. Like her neck got some owl neckbones or somethin'.

Beside that tho, the shading & colors look really nice, and hey, as you said, there's always room for improvement! I mean, look at my drawings...
